I use BookmarkFolder: enables me to manage my bookmarks in one central place for all my Android browsers as well as my desktop browsers via import/export of bookmarks.html file.
Apart from easily changing the default browser you want it to open bookmarks with you can also specify the browser on a per bookmark basis.
The free version is fully functional; I did purchase it after a little while just to get rid of the bottom ad banner.
Widget: Yes you can drag links or folders on to your home screen. I have my favorite links and folders all organized within one folder on my home screen.
PS: Additional benefit...
I use the pro version of Bookmark Folder.
I chose it because it does exactly what I want/need...
It might not look the best, but it is by far the easiest and most hassle free of all the apps performing similar tasks that I trialled, (for me anyway).

To initially set this up you need to export your bookmarks from Firefox on your PC as a bookmarks.html file to then import into "Bookmark Folder".

So this is not an automatic sync - you need to manually import/export the html file to keep them in sync(BookmarkFolder does allow exporting specific folders instead of your entire bookmarks)
If your phone can handle the Chrome browser for Android there is a real-time bookmark sync method you can use:
Install Google Chrome on your PC
It should give you the option of importing yor bookmarks from Firefox else import the exported bookmarks.html from Firefox into it.
Log into the same Google account on both Chrome on your PC and on your phone and enable sync.
Now you have access to all of your PC bookmarks as they get updated on your PC and any bookmarks you make on your phone will be in a "mobile" folder that gets synced back to your PC.[On your PC you can rearrange the bookmarks from your "mobile" folder to other folders]
The Bookmark Folder app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coconuts.webnavigator&hl=en&) will import the Chrome exported html file and let you specify which browser to subsequently use to open the bookmarks. You open the bookmarks from the Bookmark Folder app. Free, with pro to remove ads.
Apart from Pocket I use Bookmark Folder: enables me to manage my bookmarks in one central place for all my Android browsers as well as my desktop browsers via import/export of bookmarks.html file. I am very glad I found this early on when I got my phone as I couldn't imagine living without all my bookmarks gathered over the years on my desktop computer.
Native bookmarks works when you are not going out of them.
If you love to keep a file of your bookmarks everywhere safe, try this.

I found that app what I am searching for. And here it is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coconuts.webnavigator And also this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.fuukiemonster.thumbnailbookmark
You might try Bookmark Folder (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coconuts.webnavigator). I personally use Chrome's "Add to Home Screen" to create shortcuts on the home screen, then collect the shortcuts into a folder.
... and now for something completely different ...

Once you have exported your bookmarks as HTML file(s) may I suggest that instead of importing them directly back into Firefox beta you import them into the Bookmark Folder by Tossy app and here set your default browser to firefox beta.[individual bookmarks can be set to open in whatever other browsers you have installed]
This will give you the maximum amount of flexibility should you change browser in the future.
I spent forever looking for an app that describes what you're looking for. Similarly I use pocket for a read later service.
The only thing that I found that sort of works for what I was looking for was an app called bookmark folder. The only issue is that it doesn't support online sync, so it'll only be for your local device. So this probably not what your looking for. But it's worth checking out.

The thing I like the most was you can specify what app you want each bookmark to open in, so default to you Web browser but you can set specific links to open in an alternate browser if needed.
Try Bookmark Folder It allows you to set different browser for each link.
I like BookmarkFolder
I don't believe it's FOSS, but BookmarkFolder is an excellent bookmark manager
My sincere apologies - it is not possible to add bookmarks to the Chromebook chrome browser by using the Samsung Internet extension.
I had moved some of my Samsung bookmarks from their original folder to the "Chrome Bookmarks" folder created by the extension on my phone believing wrongly that this would be synced back up to the Chromebook chrome browser. I actually thought that I had seen the change occur - alas a figment of my imagination.
So sorry ... I should have double checked before insisting that it worked.
In my case it doesn't matter much as I only keep a minor set of often used bookmarks in my Android browsers. I use Bookmark Folder for all of my bookmarking on Android as I explain here
The only way I have found to extract the Samsung bookmarks is to share them. This can only be done one folder at a time by selecting all bookmarks in a folder and sharing them either ...
... via Bluetooth or to Google Keep.(the 2 best ways I found)
Unfortunately one doesn't obtain a properly formatted bookmarks.html file and so the link title and link are just urls - one looses all proper bookmark names but at least ...
Bluetooth creates a file with clickable urls and Google Keep naturally linkifies them.
In the Chromebook chrome browser one then has to open the Bluetooth generated file or the Web version of the Google Keep note.
Next one needs to use a chrome extension such as Linkclump to select and open all the urls in individual tabs(this way the urls regain their proper bookmark names).
Then to bookmark all open browser tabs at once:
Right-click on a tab and select "Bookmark all tabs" or hit Ctrl+Shift+D.
... now that was fast & easy wasn't it - on to the next batch ... :)
I'm so glad I found Bookmark Folder early on.
Bookmark Folder can do that.
