Check out Break the Targets, it's a 2d platform speedrunner with TONS of content. It's pretty much all I play these days. Super active community and the developer is really involved in the daily goings on. There's a level leaderboard and you can view replays from other players, all in game.
There's a single iap to remove ads and quadruple the content, it's so worth it.

If you're on Android you can try Break the Targets. The app is free but unlocking the built in TAS editor will cost you $4.49 USD. There's also a Steam version but unfortunately you have to pay separately for it, purchases and progress don't transfer. The only real issue is that if you want to unlock new levels you have to do real time runs

I know this game is a few years old, but I just started playing it again and had no idea how many updates it had.
This is a must-have for anyone that wants a Smash-like experience on mobile.

There's a game in the play store called Break the Targets. It's a 2D performer based very heavily on the game mode in Super Smash Bros. that goes by the same name. It has a built in TAS editor (which you'll have to pay to access unfortunately) that is fairly simple and easy to use. The only real issue is to unlock new levels you have to make real time runs without the TAS editor.
Break the Targets, by far. Seemingly endless content, live level leaderboards, active community and developer, easy to learn and impossible to master. (And excellent controller support.) I play this single game more than I use any consoles I own. If any of you are a fan of Super Smash Bros, it's based off of the "target test" mode. Check it out and join the discord!

Hello, I just released a game for android. It's a speedrun/platformer, inspired from Smash Bros. It's called "Break The Targets".

The only Inapp purchase are to unlock the extension pack of 25 levels immediatly instead of unlocking it freely by reaching the required rank, and the replay coins, wich allow the player to play against my own replay ( the 4th hidden stars)

There's a Break the Targets app that's kind of similar, but it's only for that one specific minigame.
Game made to be like target test from smash. Great physics and active development
