I didn't see Buddhify on this page, although it was the first app that came to mind for me. It's a a neat meditation app and not only the design is nice, the voices of the people who read the meditations to you are very good.
I've heard good things about Headspace but haven't personally tried it.
I've used Buddhify - it has different types of guided meditation for different situations. It is not limited to midfulness meditation, and has multiple relaxation meditations as well.
In my experience, meditation teaches you to have better control of your attention.
You should practice both mindfulness (awareness) and relaxation meditation to get the most out of it.
Buddify.
It's a one off fee rather than subscription, and is relatively low in cost.
They recently introduced a subscription, but you absolutely don't need it. I've been using it for a while and it didn't exist then, they've removed no content with this update, only added more.
Their guided meditations are also some of the better ones I've heard, what's not to love!

You can always give Buddhify a try. It's a one-time purchase of a few €/$ and comes with many hours worth of guided meditations for day-to-day scenarios: travelling, working, waking up, can't sleep etc.
I found Stop, Breathe & Think to be too close to the "think about the universe and your chakra" schtick. It's a good alternative if you can put up with that though :)
Buddhify is another popular meditation app on android.
Also Fabulous: Motivate Me! is a daily goal oriented app that uses simple small changes that you can build up all the time.
Here you go: Buddhify
I like the app Buddhify, I regularly use it for my self guided mindful sessions/meditation.
