higher kv (rippums per angry pixies, hehe) in combo with larger wheels means a need for a higher gear reduction.
I did some calculations with the CalcRC app to estimate top speed: Reduction 3:1: http://i.imgur.com/bAuRjlY.jpg

With the amount of watts&s, too little torque might be a problem. My opinion is that I'd trade 10km/h off of 50km/h to increase torque and decrease overall strain on the motor&ESC.
Don't know of any similar spec motors of smaller size, as I found it hard to find low kv motors at all. A trend seems to be that a larger diameter means a lower kv.
