There is something like this - Camera Colorimeter, on Google Play (Haven't tried this myself, but I did look into this a few months ago).

The problem is, this uses your phone's camera. Even the best phones have mediocre cameras at best. An external sensor (like the various Spyders or ColourMunkeys) "look" at your screen with a MUCH better reading and communicates with the software in order to discover the various ranges.
Camera Colorimeter by Auralisoft and their Windows Desktop app that connects to it is Display Calibration by Auralisoft for $1.99.
You will need a Bluetooth connection between your PC and the Phone for it to communicate though.
I used a crappy calibration tool using my phone that cost €2. I'm sure it's not perfect at all, or heck even good, but it did get my 3 screens "looking" the same.

Maybe? Not sure if that really helps.
I think you need to calibrate on your own because even though we have the same monitor, calibration will be different. You can use this app on your phone
