You should really get a better GPS. If you fill in your trucks info, height weight etc, your GPS can route you around all that.

It's cheaper then a standalone, gets better and faster map updates. Uses 0 cell phone data, maps are stored on phone so it won't stop working if your phone has no signal. Routing customizable for truck height, width, length, hazmat, ect.
The drawbacks from the standalone units come with minimal map updates if any ever. It's now taking up more space on the windshield.
