Download the app "Copy Me That". It strips all the life stories and renders everything down to the actual recipe components.
You can also edit any part of the recipe, not just the notes. For example, by an ingredient, I might write "Next time try doubling that, this was too little." There's an Android app and iOS app, as well as the website.
copy me that has been a lifesaver for my wife and I for years. We keep all our recipes in it, it has a shopping list that we can add entire recipe ingredients in one click (premium gives you an extra step where you can choose what ingredients to add or skip) and offers making meal plans (never used it, so I can't comment on how well it works). We only bought one copy of the app and log into one account on both devices, so sharing is super easy, and it offers actual sharing functionality as well.
I've used CopyMeThat for years. It looks like there are a few similiar apps that have been released more recently but I haven't tried them yet. A few highlights:

Not sure if anyone else has shared this but there's an app called Copy Me That. I use it on Android and it basically let's you add a URL and it will dig through all the junk and highlight the actual recipe. You can then save it and never have to read anyone's dribble ever again.
As I say every time this sentiment is posted.

Now not only will you never read that blurb again, but you can one-click a recipe from any page into a recipe book to sync with your phone. It an even extract a recipe from a reddit comment (highlight any word in the target comment, click the broswer button and it will pull the recipe).

The problem you have does not need to exist.
