That's why there is a crunchyroll manga app, as I stated elsewhere in this thread. And I have confirmed that UQ Holder works fine on it.
Yes, it's the same subscription, that is both to anime and manga. The mobile app is this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.crunchyroll.crmanga&hl=pt-PT
You can either use that app or the link for that I put in the previous comment. But as I said you have to buy the books for s3 in other place, crunchyroll only has the last 8 chapters.
They have a manga phone app that is separate to their anime phone app and both are lightyears better than their website. Don't try and read manga through their website.
They also have a w10 app that is better than using their website.
To answer some questions, they are working on the seasons listing issue, and they are also looking if it makes sense to make apps for the same platforms that Funimation had apps on, such as LG (so they say).
Also, for the manga, I don't know about iOS, but on Android there is a separate app to read it on. It's called Crunchyroll Manga, but from the reviews, it's very buggy, so it appears to be a subpar experience. (That's a US link, so I don't know if it will work in France, but you can try to search it in the App Store or Google Play Store where you are if the link doesn't work.)
As for support, the best way to contact them is through the support contact form here. Right now they are under a high load due to the merger so it might take a while for them to get back to you, but you can use it if you have questions or to report bugs, among other things. You can report the bugs that you see in the Amazon Fire app so that they can find them and fix them via an update.
Manga has its own separate app.

it leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately. There's few worth reading, but CR is slow to add much of value. Some are even incomplete...
I'd rather CR add another subscription for manga only that has a large selection.
For mobile user, you need to use mobile apps:

If you're on android download the crunchyroll manga app.
