It's 75 minutes per game (1h15), not an hour and a half.
Use tournament software to create matchups, they'll follow all the rules for matchup and just make your life generally easier. Cryodex is available on Android or for computers, Tabletop.to is purely online.
You'll really want a way to get everyone to play at the same time, sitting around for 1h15 is not most people's idea of fun.
Read the latest rules, FAQ, and tournament regulations and be prepared to answer questions about interactions between cards.
Most of all, just have fun!
