I'm in concurrence with the previous sentiment. It's one thing to be spending money on nicely bound or study copies of public domain works, but spending money on digital editions seems wasteful.
On the off chance you're intending to use your phone rather than a dedicated ebook reader, there is an outdated but still rather well done Android app called Cthulhoid that contains all of Lovecraft's work, including collaborative works and various such miscellany as well as links to Wikipedia pages concerning to various Mythos and Mythos-adjunct topics.
I just remembered Cthulhoid. It has almost all his stories and many audiobooks of his works. Free if you have Android.
That one is an app. Most book app in playstore is like that, but sometimes there's some kind that actually a collection of epub and need separate reader app like Cthulhoid
There is also an Android app that has the (almost) complete works of Lovecraft plus audio books, time line information and a bunch of other cool stuff.

There's a great app that has all sorts of the info in the mythos as well as links to audiobooks.

Awesome little app. Never leave house without it. :)
There's an Android app. Sadly it hasn't been updated in 8 years so the text doesn't work, but all the audiobooks do https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.cthulhoid.android
