The app asks be to put my IPv4 in which I do and nothing happens.

But if turn my firewall off and the app works perfectly.

It's a controller for a game on the PC. I just need this thing to connect without having to disable the firewall.

There's an android controller simulator. People seem to like it, though I'd think it would be hard on the fingers.
