If you are interested and have an Android device, I created an app to help me out with the deck of cards workout so I didn't need to always have a deck of cards on my person.

Np. Here's the app my trainer uses.
Basically suits represent a specific exercise, number represents number of reps.
First day of class I did probably 11-12 cards of half the deck that he did. After 2 months, I did the full deck (54 cards), but was usually about 1 card behind the class and it wasn't looking pretty.
Functional fitness is far more important than just lifting heavy shit in the same fashion all the time.
I don't like CrossFit really, the risk of injury seems fairly high with quite wild form. They do however have some great WODs that are perfect for the role. Search wodwell on Google, plenty of free ones, bodyweight etc that can be done at home.
I also do a deck of cards, can download an app. 4 exercises of your choosing, (press-ups, pull ups, goblet squats and something's abs, is what I like) each exercise is represented by a suit, the number of reps are represented by the value, and I tend to sprint a certain length between each card. The draw is randomised then by the app itself. 35 minutes or so, awesome workout. play store link
For bleep test.... Treadmill start at 7kph. 2% incline.
Add 0.5kph every minute until your done. 30seconds on and 30 seconds off for 6 rounds. Great way of boosting your Max CV.
STRETCH - often, only recently started getting into it, budget 20 mins a session for it at the end and have noticed a massive difference.

This is a nice, randomized card workout I'm using to mix things up. Not optimal, but fun.
