First-time listener, I really appreciated your perception of the situation.
Speaking on leadership and teaching local leaders to have the skills to deal with more mental health issues I have always felt not everyone can or wants to be a leader. I really wish the Navy would split the Chief rank and when you got to that point you could choose a leadership role or choose to become even more of a technical expert without doing a leadership role.
Lastly, I would like to recommend "Doctors on Demand" I found it when COVID shut down all my appointments. It's completely free for Tricare members' to have virtual appointments with therapists and/or psychologists.

Give this a try and see if it helps. One good thing about this pandemic is the increased reliance on the Internet for more available solutions.
