Ah, after a quick Wikipedia search it seems there's two Hashimoto's diseases. Thyroiditis and Encephalitis. That could explain why I don't have the memory problems others are referring to. Interesting.
For those that are Android users, Dosecast is awesome. It has reminders that keep popping up until you tell it you've actually taken the meds. You specify the schedule (daily, every 8 hours etc.) and it'll remind you. Been using for a few weeks and I don't think I've forgotten to take my meds at all in that time.

I use Dosecast for Android for a med I take every six hours. It's not super fancy, but it works for my needs. It's free. I like the minimalistic feel of it in comparison to other apps. You can set it for either a set time every day, or to remind you every X hours. And can postpone each dose at will.

I use the app Dosecast on my Android phone. You can set specific times for meds, and "reminder" (edit: "nag") alarms every few minutes if you don't immediately take it. I have a med I take three times a day, too, and it works great for that, I even use it as a "wake up" alarm on most days xD
I use to use Dosecast with one of my parents https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.montunosoftware.dosecast
