That's my point. It doesn't make sense to use this logo for a Japanese relase. The Japanese logo is used in Hong Kong and Taiwan and South Korea too.

But it's exceedingly unlikely that all of SE Asia would use the same box art. Nintendo Japan only licenses releases in Japan specifically: Nintendo Korea and Nintendo Hong Kong license for those regions, and apparently Tencent is licensing releases for China. I suppose Singapore is covered by Nintendo Australia. So far, Switch releases in SE Asian countries have all had fully localized box art.
