Assuming that you plan to involve a PC, look at http://www.g6hoq.com/easypal.htm
If you want to use a smartphone, check out DroidSSTV https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wolphi.sstv
Other than that, the Yeasus that you mentioned are the only thing I know of that would work natively in the radio.

I'm sorry I dont know what any of that means... I'm really a novice.
Those cables in the amazon link, the end of them is the same kind of jack that sends stereo and mic combined, the same that cellphones use (hands free calling). My laptop has the same headphone/mic connector so no special sound card is needed. As for the SSTV software I just found free stuff online and it worked. On the radios you have to turn on VOX.

I was playing with these 2 free apps on my phone:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wolphi.sstv&hl=en_US
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=xdsopl.robot36&hl=en_US
and I was using this on my laptop
It is a mode called SSTV. One can do it via an Android app or through a soundcard modem and EasyPAL software.
QSSTV exists for linux. I don't really care for it. HRD/DM-780 can do SSTV, but again, I don't care for it. I've never used Chromapix, but some people do like it. It's quite old and has not been updated since 2002. For android, there's DroidSSTV
Finally, there's MMSSTV which is my go-to, even on linux (using wine). It Just Works, supports just about all the modes, is easy to use, etc.
