Another great one is the companion app for Eldritch Horror. It's essentially a randomizer for each encounter deck, allowing you to use it instead of the dozen or so decks you'd need otherwise. It's unofficial, but it's also free.
Try the Eldritch Companion app (Android). You can set the expansions you're using and it will simulate the encounter decks. It's not perfect and I've had it crash a number of times. If you don't mind restarting it and potentially repeating encounters, though, it can save a lot of time.
It only has encounter decks. Items, spells, conditions and the other small cards are still a headache.
This can help with inventory. https://eldritchhorrorgame.fandom.com/wiki/Mountains_of_Madness
This app replaces the decks. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=reynier.eldritchcompanion&hl=en_US
Ouch. It's not exactly what you're looking for, but I use this for the mythos deck (https://silverhammermba.github.io/mythos/), and this for the encounters (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=reynier.eldritchcompanion&hl=en_US).
EH is great solo! I recommend an app someone here made that streamlines the encounter cards you draw. Easily shaves like 20-30 mins from your game by removing setup, drawing, and cleanup.
"the carcassone addon" Liked it ;)
And for the setup I use the Eldritch Companion App. This way you only need to create the mythos deck and search for the mystery cards from the normal size cards (you still need all the small cards). Less space needed to play and less time spent shuffling.
There is already an app that's works really well, although it doesn't have mythos cards. I'll check yours out as well tho, it's sounds great.

I just picked up but have yet to try the Eldritch Companion. It looks pretty basic, but I'm looking forward to clearing the space taken up by 8 decks of cards.
Thumbs up for any Betrayal at House on the Hill app that lets you not deal with those damned sliders.
https://gameshelf.io/ imports your BGG collection (all the games you've clicked "Owned" on BoardGameGeek.com) and allows you to sort it and view it easily by recommended player count and other metrics.
Also more niche but I recently discovered Eldritch Horror had a fan made app that takes care of encounter cards so you don't have to deal with setup and randomization: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=reynier.eldritchcompanion&hl=en_US&gl=US
There's an android app called Eldritch Companion that replaces SO MANY DECKS. It's really amazing.
A person made an android app called Eldritch Companion, which essentially takes most of the setup out of the game
Eldritch Companion from the Google Play store, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=reynier.eldritchcompanion&hl=en

Not a solution for Asmodee's parts policy, but this app replaces the card decks.

Here's a link to the creator of Arkham Companion talking about it in an Eldritch Companion thread.
