There is, indeed. (1) Download Engelsiz (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.arcsoft.engelsiz) (2) Click on Manual Settings (3) First click on 8.8.8.8 then click on 8.8.4.4
If this doesn't work then download Override DNS. Make sure your device is rooted in order for this to work. (http://apkhome.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Override-DNS-v5.0.2-0-ga601c25.apk) Choose Google from the drop down menu.
