I use EveryDollar. I am not sure if you will get the automatic monthly transition but when you create new months it does copy over the previous months budget items if you want it to. Not sure if this will totally satisfy your need, but may be worth checking out.
EDIT: bot linked wrong app - added playstore link
i went to this guy's website- a quick perusing offers some real basic info, but it's shilling his Ramsey+ thingy hardcore. check it out here, if you want.. Reviews for his EveryDollar App (scroll down) are pretty telling, too.
Try Everydollar. It has the ability to connect to banks (for a fee), but it's not required to use the app. It has a web interface as well, if you ever want to access it from your PC.
Great! The hard part sticking to it, but that is so important. I definitely recommend the app called EveryDollar. It's free and it's really clean.
I haven't been very strict, but I'm thinking about changing that by downloading one of these budget tracker apps:

How about this one?

After trying and not being totally satisfied with budget apps for years, this one has been my favorite so far. I Read about the risks of sharing bank info with apps, so just have the free version which works great. And I'm able to link with my wife so both of our spending is trackable in real time. Has really helped us sick to our budget.
