I have budgets and It alerts me when I go over it.

You may have to customise the default screen to get all the info you need like I did.

I use an app on my phone to track all of my spending and saving. It's all entered manually, but it has "accounts" for each of the things I'm saving for as well as the three current accounts I use (one for bills, one for subscriptions, one for spending). The free version only lets you have four accounts and has awful intrusive ads, but I liked it enough to pay the one-off £5 for "pro" (much easier to justify than YNAB's subscription fee).

All my saving goes into the one regular saver (since that's what I can reasonably save) but it's been portioned out into different accounts in the app for e.g. "Holiday 2017", "Emergency Fund", "House Deposit", "Holday 2018".
