Used this app since I found it, tried every other RSS widget I could find but not 1 come close to being as good. I'm sure some guys hobby app as well so all good.

Feedr might work for you, its widget with scheduled refresh sounds like what you are looking for. Too bad not much development lately and UI is somewhat dated.

I am using Feedr mainly for its widget which cycles through feeds periodically. UI is a bit dated, to say the least.

Feedr is less known, UI somewhat dated, but its widget rotates across feeds and shows titles in a space saving way.
