"Rated E", FNaF 1-3 are all rated "T" and for a short period of time 4 was rated "M" but was re-rated by the ESRB later to "T".

FNaF has been released both on Desktop through Steam, and on mobile devices through multiple App Stores. The console versions are being worked on, but they haven't been released yet. I don't know which mobile device you own, but I'll link to the Steam and Android versions of the games.

The last game (Help Wanted) needs a VR compatible device to play, and those can get quite expensive.
