Sorry but I can't really help with the depression, I don't know the root cause and I'm not qualified. Do you have a councillor/therapist on campus, most colleges/universities do. I'd strongly recommend you visit them, they can provide you with invaluable advice to dealing with your depression. They may also be able to help you academically, for example by pushing back a deadline you're struggling with.
In terms of procrastination I'll give you some advice I've come across:
I've assumed you use chrome and android, I'm sure there are equivalents for iOS and other browsers. Let me know if you need help finding them.
These are some that I got off the top of my head. If you are serious about it there are literally thousands of sites and books devoted on being more productive or stoppng yourself from procrastinating.
