I'm a melee player and I like to check up on Rivals casually here & there and shit like this is great for any game's scene.
However, for melee I've been using Frame Melee for years on Android, and maybe I'm spoiled with the scrubbable animations but I was thrown off looking into a moveset and getting a scrollable list of frame by frame state descriptors.
It looks like there may or may not be more states & elements to consider than Melee's frame data but regardless the visual correlation and animation of the character's hit/hurtbox disjoints seems like a top priority for this type of thing.
I don't know, I might be out of my depth here and missing something fundamental to the context of how this applies to Rivals but those are my initial thoughts.
More than anything though, props to you for creating something of value and handing it out to the masses.
Making sure everybody knows, download Frame Melee on the Google Play Store. Might be on the App Store too idk but it answers a lot of frame data/character stat questions for me whenever I remember to use it.
If there's a better resource for this type of thing then do share.
