Basically it is based on a tapjoy ad service... It rewards you with Gold for watching ads, installing apps, completing surveys and playing games... What is available to you depends on your country.
I have running this for about 12 months and have got 9000 gold ... not a lot .. but all I do is press the Video while I am on the loading screen playing WOT so not really paying attention to it. I find the surveys usually ok as well.
The app does ask your for your WOT email and user name... but I created a dummy one.. When you reach 100 Gold it gives you a Wargaming code that you can apply to any account..

You know how free mobile games have these ads that you can watch to get ingame stuff? This is like that except you get gold in return. I forgot who I found this app through but it was from a youtube streamer so it's legit alright and Ive also tested it out. After you get a certain amount of gold (i think it's 500)? you will get a code you can redeem in the premium shop for the gold.
I only used it once to try it out as I dont have an android phone so i have to install it on a emulator & didnt feel like it was worth my time. But if you are really desparate you can give it a go.
