You could use maybe MilkVR, which supports downloaded and sideloaded 360 videos, which is easier to navigate than the internet browser on Gear VR.
To start MilkVR right away you could do that via the Oculus phone app and then insert the phone into Gear VR. Or you could use the Gala Launcher app from the Play Store. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ihanghai.galalauncher&hl=de

For what it's worth, I almost always launch apps this way. Or from shortcuts on my home screen. Ir from this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ihanghai.galalauncher
So the VR apps work, just not the Oculus Store or Oculus home (while in VR)? Hopefully Oculus releases an update soon that fixes the issues. Are you able to send the crash reports to them so they are aware?
>- Oculus Home screen: is it possible to start with the library? I have around 20 app installed, and now i only see 6 from this at home screen, and have to go to library for select another. For me it would be better to start with library. Or an option what do i want for start?
Try these options:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ihanghai.galalauncher
This will get you part way there by allowing you to launch directly into Orbx from the phone (it bypasses Oculus home).

You would still need to select the photo and it won't disable the touchpad but its a start if you don't find a better way or a developer with the time to help you.
There is a "library" section inside the main Oculus app: http://imgur.com/16d8NBB
Or you can use Gala Launcher.
Or you can create a shortcut to the Gear VR service (com.samsung.android.hmt.vrsvc.MainActivity) using an app like QuickShortCutMaker within which you can find: http://imgur.com/rnKxUz1 (though it's not quite so user friendly because it lists system components too).
The last 2 options will also provide links to sideloaded Gear VR apps as well (not Cardboard apps, but apps built using the Oculus mobile SDK that have been distributed off-platform).
Try to launch your apps directly from the phone's home screen with this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ihanghai.galalauncher
see also https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ihanghai.galalauncher this is a third party app launcher for both oculus and sideloadvr apps combined that is pretty handy.
