Edit: So I've just played around with it and my first impression is that is a great app. A couple of really minor things:
The list when searching for a default currency is not in alphabetical order so it took me a while to find my currency.
When I did select my currency (AUD) it still kept the dollar sign after the dollar amount. I.e. 50$, whereas in Australia it's presented as $50.
When I added a gift idea to a contact the idea doesn't appear in the gift ideas list from the main sidebar menu (sorry don't know how best to describe that menu).
Finally, some text (specifically 'y' and 'g') and the edit icon seem to be chopped off as seen here and here.
Overall a really great app, though I do feel $4 is a bit steep for premium considering the app I currently use has most of your premium features I would use, for free, in addition to what is already free in your app. But that's just a personal opinion.
