Google Keep at the moment has no Import functionality so beyond copy/pasting all your notes then that's out of the mix. You can try GNotes if you just want to edit etc. from your phone and it'll sync with your current GMail notes.
But if you want to also do it from the browser you'll have to use Gnotes but sync with Google Drive. So, download and install Mozilla's Thunderbird mail application. Then download the addon ImportExportTools. Use that to export all your notes in txt format from Gmail. You can then upload them all to a notes folder in Google Drive.
Not too many people know about this app, but I think it is fantastic. It is a solid notes app that I've been using ever since I switched from the iPhone to the Note. I was so glad to be able find an app with robust search and which also allowed me to retain syncing my notes with my Google account (because I always liked being able to access my notes from any computer).
I haven't used this feature much, but this app also has the option of using handwriting (open a note and click on the paper clip) and to set a reminder for your note.
I hope this is kind of what you're looking for, but even if it's not, I think G Notes is great app that more people should know about.

GNotes is a fantastic note taking app, and it has this feature.
(Plus... it has an Undo button, which is something I haven't seen anywhere else.)
Notes get synced with Gmail.

GNotes is a fantastic notes app that syncs with Gmail.
It has lots of features, and it has a dark theme:

Oddly enough, when I went to the Play Store just now to get the link to the app, I noticed that there is a key for premium features, and in the description it says dark theme. But (and this is the odd part) I don't think I ever purchased a key, yet I am still using a dark theme.
Note taking: GNotes. Supports syncing notes from/with a Google account.
Calendar: Month. syncs with Google Calendar, but has better widget options
Weather: GO Weather EX. No hourly in widget, but displays in-app. I use this app because you can set multiple locations and tap on the widget to switch between them. Can also show local time for each location ($5 premium feature). Really miss the TouchWiz weather widget :(.
Look up Gnotes. There's a web version too.
