What is Reddit's opinion of GoldenDict?

Apps:

• GoldenDict - Offline dictionary.
• FBReader - Ebook reader, has some integration with GoldenDict or ColorDict.
• Home Button Launcher - Customize the "swipe up from the home button" action to open whatever app you want.
• Network Tester - Not really offline, but it is a very simple way to check for Internet connection.
• Pocket - Formely known as "read it later", it does exactly that. You collect webpages to read later, and then it makes those pages available offline.
• Inoreader - My preferred Google Reader substitute. It is a newsfeed reader.
• Shades - Makes the screen darker. I use it sometimes at night, when even the minimum brightness is still too bright.
• Financius - Expense manager, my choice for taking notes of expenses (and incomes).

Games:

• Simon Tatham's Portable Puzzle Collection - Dozens of nice puzzle games. All can be solved with logic. Open-source, also available on several other platforms.
• Hoplite - Randomly-generated turn-based game that has a lot of depth and is a lot of fun!
• Flow and Flow: Bridges - Nice puzzle with ads and in-app purchases for more levels.
• HUEBRIX and HUEBRIX FREE; Trainyard and Trainyard Express; Pixel Twist; Squarescape; Continuity 2 and Continuity 2 Lite - several great games from Noodelcake Studios
• Blendoku - Color-based puzzle-ish game.
• Random Mahjong
• Sonic The Hedgehog, Sonic The Hedgehog 2, Sonic CD, and maybe in the future Sonic 3, if Sega decides to fund and release it.
• RetroArch - If you are into emulation. Much better if you have a physical controller.

I've compiled two lists of apps at Playboard, although I don't recommend installing their app. Anyway, most of my recommendations are already in this comment.

No Windows uso GoldenDict + dicionários. Também comprei GoldenDict para Android que funciona perfeitamente. Para mais dicionários podes sempre procurar no Google ou torrents.

I like GoldenDict, it supports several dictionaries that you must download separately.
