Download Santa Tracker. It's a nice app, by Google, that allows you to count the days until Christmas, play some fun minigames, and track Santa's flight path on a live map on Christmas day. Also, the app just looks really cute and well done. Even if you don't have kids, you should still consider downloading the app.

Some other things you can do to get in the spirit are change your ringtone or notification sounds to be Christmas songs or bells. If you're rooted, you might be able to find some nice holiday-themed boot animations. I know that Motorola devices have had official holiday boot animations that were pushed out to Moto devices around Christmas in the past.
