Here's the play store link, it's $5 a month. Matches are posted very quickly, but have no commentary and the app spoils the results.
It's a solid option but it could be better.
There's an official app if you only care about makuuchi bouts and don't mind not seeing them live.
If you have access to NHK World (TV or web), they upload a half-hour summary package each night (Japan time) in English: https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/tv/sumo/
There's a pretty decent app which shows every major bout in almost real-time (like, within seconds of it being played). It also has some great info to help understanding the structure of the tournaments and ranks of the Rishiki. It's a paid app, but I think they're running a first-month-free promo at the moment. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.dwango.sumo&hl=en
And, Jason's Sumo Channel on Youtube is without doubt one of the best English-based sumo communities around. Jason's a US expat who is a sumo-fanatic. He records each day's main bouts and uploads the vast majority, along with his own English commentary and insights. Seriously - get a decent grasp on the basics of sumo, and then just tune into Jason during the tournaments to get a really decent understanding of the finer points of each fighter and insights into the bouts.

Android version.
Do note, a subscription is required for it, but doesn't cost much ($4.19 US per month).
