No microtransactions. If you get the "standard" you pay per chapter or something but if you pay for the "premium" it's the full game nothing else to pay for.

I've heard of Mystic Messenger, but haven't tried it yet. The story was created by Cheritz. Their previous two titles, Dandelion and Nameless, are exclusive to computers.
I've heard positive things about Narcissu. It's a story about two people and their relationship. If it didn't well on your Android device but you want to give it another chance, then consider the free versions on Steam or iTunes.
Hakuouki is available on Google Play in a "normal edition" format, in which the prologue is free, and each chapter costs $3 US each. I do not think it has a ticketing or energy system. It's also sold as a complete package called Hakuoki: Premium Edition for a lower overall price. In any case, this is a supernatural fantasy story. It features a seemingly hopeless war, people struggling with their humanity, and relationships between characters. I had some complaints with the story, but liked it overall due to the suspense of not knowing which characters might survive.
Amnesia: Memories is available in the same pay-per-chapter and complete-package formats. I purchased and read some of the Vita version of this story, but didn't like it all that much. I wanted to appreciate the suspense of the protagonist not knowing who to trust, but after an hour or two, I didn't especially like any character. I'd describe the story as kinda slice of life, so you may or may not enjoy it.
Some of the indie team Winter Wolves' titles are available on Google Play for free, but with in-app purchases. For instance, Nicole is a story with statistics-building. It focuses on romance as well as solving mysteries.
