I found this and wanted to pass it along. I don't have Xposed installed right now so I cannot test it. Hopefully it helps. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.gavrikov.hidemocklocations
That may work in conjuction with the other app I mentioned.

the play store app you linked just tells me to enable mock locations which isnt the best.
edit... ah i see you need the pro version for it to allow mock locations to be "off"
actually... the dev has this on the playstore too https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.gavrikov.hidemocklocations its another xposed module. works great now.
