I am SUPER into Hunt Cook. It's a game about running a cafe where you go hunting and make exotic dishes, but done in the cutest possible art style.
Hoplite is one of my favorite mobile games, but you could probably play it on a toaster. It's a really smart little turn-based strategy game and is great for when you have a smaller chunk of downtime, as well as for longer sessions.
It's been a while since I played this, but what about Hunt Cook: Catch and Serve? Help a cute dog run a restaurant in the middle of the wild. There are little games to catch animals and it's not graphic at all (skinning takes place behind a dust cloud and it's very cartoony), and you craft dishes that your customers want. Part of the strategy is I guess making enough money to buy some things and use your energy to catch others.
Kinda wish I had stuck with it more. It's probably more on the easier/casual side of management, but it wasn't bad from what I played.
