Would you mind telling me if thats an add-on or something to get the stats to pop like that?
EDIT: Nevermind, I'm an adult. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke&hl=en
IV &Toolkit for Pokemon GO for checking IVs, and getting all needed information about the game(type advantages, best attacks, dps,, and pretty any piece of data I would go to spreadsheets for)without leaving the game(the floating icon is kinda like a facebook chathead).
Calcy IV a more convenient way to check IVs(a single click in most cases), that also have some other functionalities one may find useful(though I don't). The downside is it needs permission to capture your screen in order to evaluate the IV.
If it helps: 100% Venusaur at level 14 is 1027CP
100% Bulbasaur at this level is 392CP
100% Charizard at level 13.5 is 1036CP
100% Charmander at this level is 320CP
100% Blastoise at level 15.5 is 1015CP
100% Squirtle at this level is 358CP
I use this app to calculate IVs, and it lets you simulate what that pokemon would be at any level and compare with a 100% and a 0%

On Android, try "IV & Toolkit for PokemonGo"

Otherwise, I just use http://pokeassistant.com
If you enter the info from the team leader's assessment, you can narrow down the possibilities.
Since it requires you to login it's iffy, they might do something about it.
You can use something like this if you want to be 100% sure. It's just an overlay over your game and some also work with screenshots. Takes a bit longer but Niantic has no way to know you use it.
I've been pleasantly surprised by this one
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke
That said, it's an overlay with more info than just an IV calculator. The IV calculator supports the level slider and stardust calculations. It's been able to accurately find or come very close to the IV of some Pokémon I know exactly what it is from when I had root+some XDA things that grabbed stats directly.
Ahhhh. Luckier, since that means gyms are more likely to stay! Leveling up isn't too hard with the latest update. Use 'Mon half the cp of the lowest defender and type match (as in, take out that Flareon with a Vaporeon ;) ) If you want help type matching There's an App for that
Don't use your most powerful 'Mon that's the same CP or higher, and run away after fighting about 3 (potions are more plentiful than revives). Super fast.
"IV and Toolkit for Pokemon Go", Android overlay app that works great, and does way more than check IVs.
It has consistently been the best companion app for Pokemon Go. A couple of months ago I downloaded a ton of different calculators and the like, this app stood out then, and it very quickly updates to all new Pokemon Go features.
Edit:
Here it is, to be more direct: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke&hl=en
Ah, this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke
It has an IV checker (but I prefer GoIV)
Tools on it I regularly use:
Type lookup
Egg distances for different hatches
Buddy km guide
Comprehensive type advantage info including double resistant and double weak
Moves lookup for duration, type advantage, damage output, DPs, and EPs
Moveset DPS comparisons for each Pokémon (including legacy movesets)
If it's that far off between 10 and 13...
I dunno. I don't use Calcy. I found it to be too wide in it's ranges.
I use this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke&hl=en
It usually narrows it done pretty close. While TSR's rater isn't that great, between both of them, you can get the answer. Because at TSR, it will give you the cumulative number for ATK+DEF together. STA will always be right.
So if it says you are 10/13/15, on TSR it will say 23/15 and then on Toolkit you just find the one that's right.
I only ever have the problem when it's 12/13/15 or 13/12/15, but if you are the difference between 10 and 13, your overall number of 38 or whatever might be different. So it could show you 91 and 89 % for an example, but TSR will only add up 91. That means whatever 91 is on Toolkit is right.
EDIT: also keep in mind you can figure it out yourself once you have the total number from TSR. If it's odd, then it's one and if it's even, it's the other unless both numbers are cumulatively same, which I have NEVER seen in Toolkit when they're 10 and 13. Only sequential numbers.
I'm not 100% sure what you're looking for, but this is my favorite app for Pokémon Go: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke
I love how it has almost anything you'd like to know about in-game information. Has good reviews too. There's an in-app purchase to see additional information, I think, but it's only a few bucks (use your Google rewards money), but for me I use it so often it's worth a couple of bucks.
Right there with you friend. If you have Android, check out this app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke
I bought it ($2.99) for access to the full pokedex and have been pleased. It has a floating icon to keep on top and i just look up pokemon I don't know.
The full version also has move effectiveness, although it calculates it differently than the most popular spreadsheet that floats around (IIRC, the app considers doing quick attack until charge full, then special, repeat. While the spreadsheet will consider doing all quick attacks, if that damage output is higher than using charge [See Pidgeotto and wing attack - that alone is better than any of the charge moves mixed in])
This one is great, it has IV calculator, CP calculator, and a database of every pokemon, type, and attacks, all in one pop up you can use during the game
I've been using Toolkit & IV for Pokémon Go. Seems to work pretty well. They seem to be updating with the game and keeping up with changes made. I haven't had a chance to test with babies, but they are included in the list of Pokémon.
If you are using Android, try "IV & ToolKit for Pokemon Go". You won't get banned for using it since it doesn't login to your account.

IV & ToolKit for Pokemon Go has an Overlay function and is available in multiple languages, including German. But be warned, it looks like they used Google translation and there are some Ads in the App.
I probably should have included the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke&hl=en
It's an IV toolkit.
I use Toolkit for Pokemon Go.

IV Toolkit for Pokemon Go
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hqt.apps.poke if you're on Android...I believe it's also available for iOS but not 100% sure
Yep this. I use the app IV & Toolkit for Pokémon Go, and type them in manually.
I downloaded this app and just lookup whatever pokémon I'm battling against.
Toolkit that can be used in the background for android
Maybe IV & ToolKit for Pokemon Go is what your looking for.
