The one I'm using at the moment is 7 minute workout. Its good at mixing up the exercises and increases the intensity based on your responses post workout.

Podés hacer ejercicio sin salir de tu casa, el crossfit es tu solución! Yo uso esta app (está para IOS también) que te va guiando con distinto ejercicios. No quita que levantar pesas y salir a correr también hay que hacerlo para ejercitar al cuerpo de forma completa.

It's just the best 7 minute workout out there, videos with a voice explaining with details how to do the exercises, you can even make your own workouts or select one from the wide selection in the list.
There's here's just no excuse, 10 minutes before work and it KILLS me. I love it.
