A friend of mine literally recommended this app to me yesterday: Kanban
It's basically a to-do list that allows you to create a list, set which activity you are currently working on, and then setting the activity to done after you've completed it. No idea what your schedule is like, but it could prove useful in managing the anxiety that you're forgetting something when you might not be. Just check the to-do list to see if you are, and if you aren't, then you can relax!
