I wanted to keep track of a few things in my life. I never knew how many times I've shaved with a particular razor, wanted to know how often I ate healthy, keep track of my weight, keep track of how many times I do something active, etc. I think found the very aptly named Keep Track. I like it because you can track things in various ways. For eating healthy, it's a simple yes/no and I can see it on a calendar, pie chart, and daily entries. For weight, I input the number. For doing something active, it's a counter.
There's also apps that let you track frequency of arbitrary events. Like how often you went to the gym, or smoked, or drank alcohol, or called your mom.
Specifically, I've used KeepTrack
You can pretty much track anything with KeepTrack but it has a few very small IAP, you basically choose what features you want and they re all worth it. Have looked around and found no better than this Strong recommend (I use it for over a year now and not once been let down)

I use this as a habit tracker as well.
Keep Track is a great alternative for Android users. Thanks for your post.

Either of these might work ...
[Track & Graph ](Track & Graph (https://f-droid.org/packages/com.samco.trackandgraph) - (F Droid)
KeepTrack - (Google Play)

This is what I use. No frills, but you can set any parameter you'd like. I've used it for alcohol, weight, exercise, sleep, etc.
I like data.
I'm sure there's a million apps out there, but I use one called KeepTrack (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zagalaga.keeptrack). I log medications, sleep, and weight. I used to use it to track mood, alcohol and packs of cigarettes as well.
KeepTrack is simple and has worked well (at least, for me). You might also check out Track & Graph, especially if you prefer FOSS apps.

I think KeepTrack can do what you are looking for. I just setup a numerical tracker with a weekly goal of 300 minutes, tap the widget and add your time. You can also have the widget show your weekly total towards the goal. A lot of the stuff this app can do is not obvious at first and takes some time to figure out everything it can do.
I'm pretty sure with some time spent figuring out KeepTrack it would do what you are trying to do. Can log things with a timestamp from a widget and of the 8 different parameters you can log one of them is a timer.
Some easy options toexplore:
Of you've got an Android phone an app like this might be good https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zagalaga.keeptrack
Or for a more general solution look at https://airtable.com/
The only thing I could suggest is KeepTrack and you can upgrade to KeepTrack Pro if you like it. You would have to customize your trackers to all of what you want, but there is very little that I haven't been able to do with it for the five years that I've been using it.

"KeepTrack lets you track any details you wish over time from the serious such as the medication you're taking, to the more whimsical, such as how many buses you see each day. You decide what you wish to track and how often. Diet, sports, games, smoking and blood pressure are just some of the many things our users use our app for."

Might I suggest KeepTrack? It's a versatile tracking app that allows you customize what you're tracking. Last year, I was borrowing money on a weekly basis to pay a tutor. KeepTrack allowed me to setup a tracker where I entered an amount and the date I borrowed it. The app added all of the amounts so I could see how much I owed in total.
The app is quite powerful and can be used for many different kinds of tracking.

Some options:
KeepTrack https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zagalaga.keeptrack I've been using an older version of this for years. Not sure how good the newest version is. The old version was perfect with its reminders and decent visualizations.
Memento Database https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase Powerful app for tracking basically anything. Even has direct sync with google sheets. The only feature I'd like is reminders for adding entries.
Loop Habits https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.isoron.uhabits Amazing open source app but for a specific purpose. Use it mostly to track and remind daily habits.
I use KeepTrack for years and strongly recommend It to track habits.
I recommend KeepTrack by Zagalaga. Excellent for logging activities and creating reminders.
Keep Track.

The best I've found so far. Neat little dashboard too.
KeepTrack, possibly?
Keep Track should do it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zagalaga.keeptrack
KeepTrack is pretty good.
Some of this can be achieved in Keep Track. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zagalaga.keeptrack
KeepTrack let's you count things and graphs the data. Pretty flexible in the types of data you can use it to track.
I recommend "Keeptrack" that's been rebranded to Chrono me. Now it has a web app and there's lots of customizable features.

This app, Chrono.me, can do that and it has line graphs and computes monthly average.
Keeptrack could maybe work for this
Check out Track & Graph (https://f-droid.org/packages/com.samco.trackandgraph) and KeepTrack (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zagalaga.keeptrack).
I tracked my push ups via the KeepTrack App for Android and made the visualization with RStudio, here is the code I wrote for the data.
If you would want to reuse the script with keep track, you always will have to add exactly 3 entries per add and always in the right order. First set. Second set. Third set. I's probably not the best practice, but thats what worked for me best :)
Since I'm not a data scientist and I have exactly nothing to do with data in my professional life, I dependent on your feedback, criticism, suggestions and questions of course.

Maybe KeepTrack? I've used it to track meds taken when recovering from surgery or symptoms when sick. It's pretty flexible.
KeepTrack might do well
KeepTrack might do well
Not a medication specific app but I was using KeepTrack for the same purpose a while back and I thought it worked well.
KeepTrack is simple and has worked well (at least, for me).
Looks like the "keep track" app

KeepTrack might work for this.
KeepTrack might be a good fit.
Keep Track should be perfect (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zagalaga.keeptrack)
Cool, thanks! Another one I found: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zagalaga.keeptrack
KeepTrack lets you log different variables. Take a look at the screenshots for examples. And feel better soon :).
