I absolutely love Landrule, mainly because it doesn't consume much battery. You can play it online or offline against AI. There are some free maps included, some others can be purchased.
Unfortunately it hasn't been updated for a year or so.
Landrule is a Risk clone. The basic maps (including the earth map from the boardgame) are free. You can buy more maps though.
Also, this free, beautiful and ad-free Solitaire game is pretty dope.
I love Landrule. It's a clone of the board game Risk. You can play offline (although the AI is rather weak/predictable) or online against others.
The game and some maps (including the Earth map from the board game) are free. You can purchase more maps though. "New England" and "European Strongholds" are particularly fun.
Depends on the friends/friendships. I'm playing with a friend all the time on Android (the app is called Landrule) and we basically destroy each other all the time, break non-aggression treaties and all that stuff (even at the risk of being defeated by one of the AI players) and still have lots of fun.
Landrule. It's a clone of the board game Risk. It uses up very little battery, you can play it against both humans and AI, and you get notifications when it's your turn to play. And, as you requested, you can set up private lobbies.
>The Risk app allows both online and offline play (but you can only play a few games a day with the free version).
You mean the boardgame Risk? Try Landrule instead. It's a risk clone with online and offline play. The game itself is free and contains a few free maps (inclundg the map from the boardgame). You can buy more maps.
Landrule is a good Risk clone for both scenarios.

I've been looking for a while for strategy games, as complex as I can find, preferably with a historical theme. I've previously tried Landrule, Age of Civilizations, European War 4, and The Conquest: Colonization. It would be a huge plus to have no microtransactions, but if they do that's fine as long as it's not to excessive. Any ideas?
Landrule is a kind of lite version of Risk. One of my favorites to play with family
into the dead 2 great game, was a bit addicting.
All these games are short level based, most levels take less than 5 minutes to complete.
