Hello, going to Dubrovnik for a week in 2 days. Already asked some questions from you several months ago here and you helped, but got some new questions remaining.
Suburban buses. Unfortunatelly they are not included in full detail in the libertas app yet :( Basically i would know these answers from a complete stop list for every bus, but libertasdubrovnik.com only has a rough map in pdf, as i see.
do buses #15, #22, #35 stop at Trsteno ? I know #12 stops, but do these?
do these suburban buses depart from the bus station near the port (where the international buses are) or from Pile?
If they depart from Pile, do they stop in the normal city stops which are on the way like the city buses do? Or only one stop in Dubrovnik and the next stop is the next city?
About Mostar:
can you recommend a good and cheap travel office for a trip to Mostar?
should we go to Mostar by public transportation buses instead? Line 712, 714 and 826 it is. We dont really like industrialized tourism, so we dont really like organized trips, but i would not like to spend much more time with travelling (public bus has many stops) and i wouldnt like to miss the bus because of full overcrowding, for example. So is it an alternative?
Also by travelling with public trans., we only have 5 hours gross, how much time do you have in the city when travelling by organized trip?
Thanks
Dear armeddy, Dont know why you said that, because you did figure out lots of the map :)
Yeah, i have the bus map but even better i found this android app libertas . But judging from the map we will not use the buses much, the distances are not looking great ;)
For Petka i've found a better map than Google Maps, on OpenStreetMaps there is even a walking path marked with some sightseeing points on the way. If you make a Google My Maps map you can export the landmarks to a .kml file then import it to the android app Maps.me which uses openstreetmaps data and you can download it to use it offline. We will take a flashlight with us, so dont worry :)
We'll go to Dolce Vita, thanks.
