Update is in the Google Play store. Should hit Apple’s App Store soon. Has a couple of images of the new Star Wars Puzzles event.
LINE Disney Tsum Tsum is quite popular in Japan for the casuals.
I played line pokopoko and bubble before. Both are fun, great time waster but nothing more than that. The only catch is that most of these games won't work offline.
I'm no expert, but being an Asian, soupy foods always works, because anything that's "hot broth", especially chicken or beef stock helps with recovery and easy on the digestive system. Maybe trying to make a simple chicken noodle soup yourself might not be a bad idea.

As for game suggestions, I'm not sure if you have a switch, or a phone? There's quite a handful of free games on the phone you can play and be in close contact with your S/O in case he needs something. Here's a few games that I've enjoyed playing on the phone. If not, you can emulate phone games using Bluestacks or QooApp:
Arknights - Arknights is a unique Tower Defense type of gacha game where you collect Operators (characters) that come with different skillsets to build a team for each challenge stage. Enemies comes with various skills where you must pay attention to what's happening on the stage, or you can easily become stressed or frustrated with the game. It is a heavy grinder when it comes to upgrading your operators, but I play this game daily. You can also pause the game while playing.
LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum (appstore / android) - I adore this game. If you haven't heard of Tsum Tsum's yet, they came from Japan's Disney, where characters are turned into cute, round looking plush toys. Now they have a game. The game is connecting as many same type tsums to create combos and a high score within a given time. Each session is very short in play, and collecting them from events and missions is what kept me going.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp - If you like Animal Crossing, or haven't tried the franchise yet, this game is about setting up camp, decorating, and a little taste of Animal Crossing.
Twisted Wonderland (NA ONLY: Canada & USA) - This visual novel follows our protagonist (un-named, and no pronoun, but assumed by the player) who mysteriously appeared in Night Raven College, a school for the gifted. As the headmaster helps MC find a way back home, you meet various students from different villains that are well known throughout some popular classic Disney movies that are divided into different "houses" (sound familiar?). Each house holds an ego of its own.
The game itself comes in different genres to play through: Rhythm, Visual Novel, and Minor RPG (card game), but the main focus of the game falls under Visual Novel.
The rhythm game known as Twistunes comes in various stages and different game modes and difficulty. You get more stages unlocked as you read through each book (stories).
Although the minor RPG game requires a collection of cards, time and patience to level up / enhance and evolve them. Battles and exams (mini games) quickly mimics the idea of element play in classic RPG elements, such as Fire ---> Forest ---> Water ---> Fire and Neutral damage. Unfortunately, the best cards are obtained through the Mirror (gacha feature). Nonetheless, rewards (gems and keys) are awarded daily, and can easily be hoarded.
The story of the game has an interesting take between characters. You learn about each character's personality traits, and their principles, as well as their connection to their houses. Each comes with an interesting story to follow, and I definitely enjoyed them.

For PC free games, here's a few that I know:
Shop Titans - this is an okay shop games with a few RPG thrown into the game. If you've enjoyed games like Recettear, Moonlighter, this game can be somewhat in-between.
Yume Nikki - This psychological horror is about a girl named Madotsuki who enters a strange dream world when she sleeps. The game has no plot or storyline, but the goal of the game is to find 24 effects to help Madotsuki throughout her strange dream world exploration.
* I highly recommend the original Japanese version, or the fan translation done by Uboachan, because Steam's version has some translation flaws, and audio issues as stated by some reviews. The website link I've posted takes you to Uboachan's website. The download should be: [Yume Nikki v0.10 English] right underneath the header banner.
Our Life - This is a very wholesome game (dating/life sim) crafted in a visual novel. You have 4 routes to read, and make decisions if you want to end in a relationship, or friendship with the characters.
Night of The Rabbit (cheap, free demo) - I love this game. It is a point & click, but this game has occupied 24 hours of my life. It's a game about a boy named Jerry who dreams of becoming a magician, so one day on his summer vacation, he meets a strange rabbit who invited him into the town of Mousewood and the adventure begins. This title reminds me so much of Alice in Wonderland, boy version, and it comes with a mini card game that I enjoyed playing. Although it's not a fully free game, but for $2, and the amount of content you get, I think gives more content than payment itself.
There's also tons of free cozy games on itchio.
I liked Disney Tsum Tsum. I don't even care about Disney characters, but the gameplay is pretty fun
