The high-level steps are (from memory):
For android, install QooApp, search for tsum tsum and download it from there. The Japanese version and international version are two separate apps, so you can have both in one device.
For iOS, I don't know the details, but I believe you will need a Japanese iTunes account to get the apps from the Japanese store.
If I have the time tonight I'll put together a video showing it. But it's pretty straight forward. I don't think it matters what version you use, IOS or Android, as the game uses you line ID to sync your account.
Download that on your PC/Mac. Go to google play, download Tsum Tsum, log in with your line id. All of your stuff should be synced. Then there is a bunch of buttons on the side of the program, you want the "script record" button. This will record whatever mouse clicks and swipes you do on the screen, so record yourself sending hearts. Press stop and you have a new macro you can use.
It's pretty imperfect and sometimes it screws up so you do have to casually monitor it and restart the macro. But once you get used to it, it's really awesome. You might have to try different recording sessions till you get a good one. I have one macro that works most of the time and will send my entire list of about 200 people in about 3 sessions of it running.
I used to use the ones with a black grip but quickly stopped after they kept breaking and scratching the screen protector. So I stopped for a while, I borrowed a pen from my sister that had a mesh tip stylus on the end and tried it out and it just glided very nice and I ended up buying a pack of styluses for myself. Amazon
These are the ones that I ordered, I liked the replaceable tips, and from what I've read they have a better track record with longer lasting tips. Havn't got them in yet, but the tips are the same ones that I used on the pen that I borrow. I know other youtubers, like Seji uses the same style tip. I know Moogaming uses one like a disc.

Update is in the Google Play store. Should hit Apple’s App Store soon. Has a couple of images of the new Star Wars Puzzles event.
Make sure you close all your other apps that are running in background.
Also, Samsung makes a great app called "Game Tuner". Use ot to set Tsum Tsum game resolution to 30%..... change nothing else.

I don't think it matters which one you use, but i believe u/nething4tc has stated that version 6 doesn't like to play nice with AutoHotkey (the program that TTAHS runs on). So any of the 5.x versions should work.

Buy a stand.
I have something like this for my ipad pro 2 -
In the gap between the tablet and the brace I have a dead PC battery back up, and I use some stryofoam between the back of the tablet and the battery to make sure it's completely snug and doesn't budge at all. That tablet is not moving anywhere no matter how I play. I can position it at any angle I want and it stays there.
LED strips that are easy to apply and attached to the back of the unit might be just the trick - here are some on Amazon.
Well you are in luck having a Samsung! Get this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.android.gametuner.thin
Set resolution to 30% on Tsum Tsum. Game will run running 3x better!
Im on a Note 4.
I liked the cereal box idea so I went to container store. But, I ended up with a "shelf" (really it is a drawer sock organizer). Here is what they look like all arranged: http://tinypic.com/r/2uqfb08/8
It makes me sad. They slowly faded away and I think it’s been a year since I saw few at Target. You can still get them on Amazon though.
It's good! I'll try to get a video out later today - I just don't like recording with guests in the room, let alone loud and obnoxious ones like my brother c:
Edit: I wrote out the general "script" here if you'd like to get started ahead of time (albeit I didn't link the downloads but they're not exactly hidden) https://trello.com/c/vaA1TZ6Q/19-make-youtube-tutorials
The Target site says January 15th but Barnes & Nobel has January 12th.
For Android: APK file is downloadable at apkpure site or app, or qooapp, just search disney tsum tsum then scroll down, you'll find the japanese version in the related, similar or same developer apps. The app name (and better yet, the link) : LINE: ディズニーツムツム
I'd really love to have more subscribers to my comic, Hip to the Java! It's set in the 1930s and has to do with discovering the wonders of coffee. I'm currently working on the second chapter.
You can read it here: https://tapas.io/series/Hip-to-the-Java
If you have Android, you can download an app like QooApp, which allows you to access the Japanese Google Play apps and download them.
You can also load the .apk on your phone, but that can be risky sometimes depending on where you get it.
I just saw that you mentioned you're in the US. You're in luck in a way because a lot of international places will deliver to the US.
I did a quick search on AliExpress and there's quite a few stationary items. I suggest you give that a try!
Sorry for the confusion and not being clear: I am running NOX on a Windows 7 PC. I have an iPhone that I normally play the game on. I wasn't sure if you had to have a Samsung phone to run NOX elsewhere.
I downloaded everything, installed and configured Nox, then restarted. Now when I start NOX, it just takes me to the black NOX screen. I have the NOX toolbars to the top and right, but just a black screen, no emulation of a phone or anything. The only thing out of the ordinary is a red exclamation point in the upper right beside NOX Player 3.8.3.1, which is indicating a video performance option.
UPDATE I think I found my problem....my Intel Video Card may not be supported.
https://www.bignox.com/blog/how-to-fix-black-screen-or-black-glitch-in-nox-app-player/
NOX has a built in macro recorder, so you can record a sequence of sending or collecting hearts, and play back that sequence as many times as you want. it takes another program and some work to get it fully automated, but this should get your feet wet. mac link
http://aminoapps.com/page/anime/4109552/deathysguides-creating-a-japanese-itunes-for-love-live-school-idol-festival-jp, this is a tutorial on how to get a different JP game, but the process is the same, just follow the steps here and then get Tsum Tsum instead of Love Live!
No. It's a pen. This is the link he gives for it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.jp/%E4%B8%89%E8%8F%B1%E9%89%9B%E7%AD%86-%E5%A4%9A%E8%89%B2%E3%83%9C%E3%83%BC%E3%83%AB%E3%83%9A%E3%83%B3-%E3%82%B8%E3%82%A7%E3%83%83%E3%83%88%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88%E3%83%AA%E3%83%BC%E3%83%A0-%E3%82%B9%E3%82%BF%E3%82%A4%E3%83%A9%E3...
This is what I have at home for my tablets: https://www.amazon.com/Kastar-Swivel-Rotating-Tabletop-Collapsible/dp/B00Y1NGRM2/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=stand+360+for+tablet+pc&qid=1554608210&s=pc&sr=1-1
For a phone, though, I haven't shopped around. My phone for tsum is an old iphone 6 and I rarely use it to actually play the game.
I think the most important thing to do is to try something inexpensive and then find other means to give it support, rather than going for something expensive with the intent for the stand itself to give you the stability that you need. I support my stand with a depleted jug of laundry detergent that's filled with water. That's heavy enough.
Not that it confirms anything, but Amazon's preorder page makes it look like they expect it to have a physical release: https://www.amazon.com/Disney-Tsum-Festival-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B07NPMWMXY/ref=sr_1_1?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1550152977&sr=1-1&keywords=disney+tsum
Meanwhile, I do have to wonder why it is Namco who is publishing it and not Konami.
The developer has rolled out a new app called Robotmon Launcher (Root). You can run it with root permission to enable service.

I use a Mitsubishi Jet Stream. The good point is the spare tips you can buy separately and the great feeling of smooth gliding BUT I feel there has been a clear downgrade in the quality of the spare parts these last months and now they last around 3 weeks instead of a full month.
Got any suggestions?
Been wanting to grab one to give it a try, since using JL gives my hand a cramp sometimes because of how I hold my phone and playing finger.
ive been looking at this one here. Any suggestions for others/better/effective ones would be appreciated.
I have a set of these:
The mesh end works great, but the disk end is even better. The point is tiny and the disk is clear so you can see exactly where you're going. The two phones that I play with (LG Stylo 2 and LG G4) both react very well with it and my wife uses the same type with her S7 Edge.
I've tried quite a few out over the past 2 years and this has been my favorite by far. Plus it is very affordable and doubles as a pen.

This isn't Samsung specific - this is a known issue for many phones. I have the same problem on my Moto Z Play. I've also experienced this same issue on my Xperia Z5 Compact and on my Asus Zenfone Max.
On another note, since all of you seem to have a Samsung - you might want to try fiddling with the Game Tuner app made by Samsung. Many folks have sung its praises and claim it's helped speed games up and correct other issues. I can't speak for how helpful it is though as I don't have any Samsung devices. Hopefully this helps someone though!
That's too bad. I've been tempted to get the S8+, but I find it less tempting now...
Try downloading Samsung's Game Tuner and follow the settings found here.
