Honestly just deal with the dash mount and use the free Yahoo Car Navi (Yahoo カーナビ) on your phone. Unlike Google Maps and Waze it avoids the narrow alleyways, supports address lookup by phone numbers, and it will tell you the cost of the toll roads (including options for ETC) and factor that into the routing decisions. Back when it was just me in my first sublet apartment, I used clockworkmod tether with a VPN on an unlimited T mobile plan.
This was around 3 years ago, and I don’t see it available for iOS right now. It’s available as an android APK on direct download sites like APKpure.

It requires a driver/program download on your computer for it to also work. I’m not sure how much support it still has over all these years, but if you look up information for “tethering apps,” I’m pretty sure you’re bound to find something that works.
If you can successfully use tethering apps with your laptop, make sure you use a VPN with it that has a kill switch. this can be either a vpn program on the phone or on the laptop. If your cell provider catches you doing this, they’ll ask you to cease and/or threaten to ban you from your plan.
Yeah the emulator uses you region's store so it won't appear as FGO isn't available in Europe, you can download it here to install it on bluestacks, remember that you'll have to update it manually, literally downloading it again from the page and install it like always.
FWIW, it appears to be a real company called Algor Korea that designed the app. Their Google presence is not awe-inspiring, but I obviously can't speak to whether they are established in some way abroad. There is a version of the app apk available online, but it dates back to 2018 and is labeled as version 1.0.0.

I believe the M7 can sideload applications easily. I use APKpure.com to find the app you want and download the apk file and install it. You may need to enable installing apps from the browser, but it should prompt you to enable it when you try!
My best guess would be to get a rooted android and install something that sniffs all incoming and outgoing traffic. From there you should be able to see the api calls being made by the app.
It's tedious if you don't already have a rooted Android, but I can't really think of an alternative.

The other thing that's maybe useful is I'm pretty sure the registration process is in a webview, because they were having technical issues one time and it showed me a url in an error message. Not sure if the entire app is a webview though, but the url was https://id.us-core.thescore.bet/#/sign_up

IIRC FGO NA isn't supported in the EU (or Europe in general). But on Android you can still install the game outside of the Playstore by downloading and installing the APK. Most people get the APK from APK Pure. Basically just download the APK on to your phone and run it like you would an exe file on windows.

You need the 1a client. If you download from the Play Store or the App Store, it'll be the 1b client. In the 1a client, you can pick skins and talents but cannot pick a name and the rest of the UI is unchanged (which means 80% of the menus are broken). In 1b, the unusable menus are cleaned up and you can set a name but cannot pick skins or talents. If you're on an Apple device, you're shit out of luck. I've flown my DJI drone with the quest 2 using easycap apk, the smart controller outputting HDMI to an USB capture card, and then an USB OTG adapter to the quest. You don't get the full FPV experience, since the app is merely a floating screen in your environment, but on sport mode it can be fun.

I do something similar to this but sounds like I'm using a different set of steps:

I've had little success with trying to install Google Play Services/Play Store and any app requiring it.

Technically speaking, the Play Store isn't as safe as you think it is. Tons of malware floating around on it as well. Just be smart and use common sense.

So I just tried this. I sideloaded a screen casting app I use to cast the Quest, via the Oculus app on my iPhone to my FireTV, 'AirReciever' that I downloaded from APKPure (you can use APKMirror to search for other .apk's). I see a lot of reviews on the Play Store that agree with you. Have you tried (re)installing an older version that didn't have those disadvantages? You can get older versions at apkpure.com.

1: No you don't need to. I myself wasn't able, with the new memu release, to link my google account, i just downloaded and installed the clear apk from here

2: It depends on your system, someone finds memu more stable, someone finds nox better. Personally I find memu much, much more reliable.
3: General stability is a big issue as of now. As a rule of thumb, i always suggest to allocate AT MAX half of your system resources to memu. If you want to read something more technical, the thread is full of analysis, speculations, variuos fix attempts and such (nothing like a definitive fix as of now, unfortunately). 4: I think that's an error tied to the google services framework. There are quite a numbers of tips for that, i would try to clear google play data first (Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > App info page > Manage space button > Clear all data)
As a general warning, but i suppose you already did that, link your FFBE account to a facebook account, so you can always recover it. If the issues are not resolved we'll troubleshoot more.

Then you'll just install it on your device (click the apk file from inside your android device file manager).
It'll probably tell you to activate "Unknown Sources",you need it in order to install stuff outside the play store, you'll be able to install it without issues.
