I'm just guessing. I don't know how the Dalcom's IT infrastructure looks like.
Looking at the Webservice's URL, there are chances that server that is down was not even running at Dalcom.
Edit: Cutting off the technical talk, you're right. We have to wait the Dalcom's personnel to get to the office.
The host that they're using is Elastic Beanstalk, that is part of Amazon's Web Service platform.

I had that problem for a long time, and recently I manage to fix it by chance.
In my case it was a DNS problem (I believe this is why using VPNs sometimes solves it).
I force my device to use Cloudfare's DNS (1.1.1.1) and the ads started to work without any issue again (both with WiFi and 4G).
Google about how to change the DNS of your phone and try this ones.
If you're not keen on downloading qoo app store just to download the jp ver, you can try looking the apk on apkpure. The link to the jp ver, just in case.
sorry for the uber late reply but here you go! https://www.mediafire.com/?9id1aov26irrl9p
it requires the font 'Aller', the .ttf for which can be found here https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/Aller
I use this app called screen master: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pro.capture.screenshot After turning on screen capture for the hovering button I go into SSSM then tap the floating button, screenshot then hit stitch. After that I scroll and tap + for each screen (I lined up the vertical position of each them in top middle bottom so that the backgrounds would line up then at the end it sorts them all in a tall screenshot and you can snip the portions you don't want.
Yes, it is totally worth it! The sound quality with good headphones is way better than earbud/low quality. I recommend you get a pair.

My game lags a little bit since the update too, but not nearly as bad as yours is. You could try something like Greenify to close all the programs that are running in the background. Even if you haven't opened an app, it can be running in the background all the time.

If you force close a program with greenify though, you won't get notifications for it, so don't add things you need notifications from like email, etc.
