When I try to watch any KBO video on Naver it always says something like “not available in your country” (I live in the US). With the VPN connected and set to S. Korea, videos play immediately. So I am guessing yes, Naver is geoblocked in the US. I couldn’t figure out a way to watch the Dinos last year without the VPN. FWIW, I use ExpressVPN and it’s been pretty reliable.

This might be the app you are looking for. Everything is in koream tho. You'll two buttons for each team. 팀응원가 means songs for the team 선수응원가 is the songs for a player in the team. NC's songs are currently unavailable due to some copyright issue.
Nice haha.
There are some free VPNs out there but I hate dealing with the hassle you have to go through to get them woeking. I use CyberGhost myself. It's like $60 for two years. I'll set the VPN to Korea and then watch on KakaoTV or NaverTV. Pretty much, it fakes your location where you're watching from so you can get around blackout restrictions.
Also, perhaps someone else should make a post in r/baseball and here with these
It was so great to see KBO on ESPN last year, and I did appreciate the English broadcasts, despite how much I disagreed with the "talk about MLB instead of calling the game" approach.
I really hope the legal avenue to at least providing an easier means to stream KBO is in the works. My wife and I use Viki to stream K-Dramas; I'd be willing to pay for a KBO service similar to MLB.tv.
NordVPN, just got a month since I'm not sure I'll be staying up late/getting up early a month from now. Not every SK server works, but I can usually get it to go just connecting and disconnecting at random a few times.
Not sure if the VPN has to be SK, I've not tried anything besides my own internet in the US and the SK VPN server.
Not sure if you saw a post that went up not too long ago on r/baseball, but they outlined the process in more detail. Basically, you use the Naver Sports website and you can watch the streams live or on replay. Main thing is it requires a VPN so that they think you're in Korea. NordVPN is very reliable but I'm sure there are others.
I use NordVPN and it's been reliable. It has its own app that's pretty easy to set up - you just enter your username and password, then click on the country you want to use. It does provide South Korea IP addresses.
There are any number of other reputable VPN companies and I don't make any money from steering people to Nord. It's just the one with which I'm familiar. There's a good discussion here of some of the better options.
Edit to add: If you can afford it, I would strongly recommend paying for a VPN and not using a free option like Hola. A free VPN might work for what you need, but there are all sorts of security issues you should consider, like "What's in it for this company to provide a free VPN? What are they getting from me?"
Restart your browser. Make sure that your VPN shows that you have secure connection to wherever your connecting in the EU. Then launch your browser and go here on NAVER. Click on one of the streams on the front page.
EDIT: If you are using ExpressVPN, you can even straight connect via South Korea as a location for your VPN.
You can't really find a free, unlimited service that doesn't have issues. If you're not paying for it, then your data is probably being collected and sold. Cheap popular services are Private Internet Access and NordVPN. I use one called and have been very happy with them through the two or three years that I've been a customer.
In general I would avoid free VPN services. Even if they are not p2p, there is a chance they're still doing shady stuff with your data.
If it must be free and you're willing to accept the risks, then go ahead.
ExpressVPN seems to work just fine for KBO streams on mobile, but not on desktop and I'm not sure why.
