Sarcasm aside, I have to agree. Simple memes like this are easy to slap together in MS paint with no editing skills whatsoever.

As long as it's a screenshot with text above it on a white background or some text directly on it, go for it, it's a matter of minutes.

GIMP, Photoshop and more advanced software is only really needed when you wanna edit some stuff that requires some precise tools (cropping out parts of other memes/images, better size/perspective/ratio edits, making transparent backgrounds...).

But if you're too lazy to do Paint, at least do yourselves a favour and use meme making apps that don't watermark shit. For example ZomboDroid's Meme Generator, that also takes any image you feed it and makes the meme for you. I use this app on my phone when I can't be arsed to fire up Photoshop.

It's a bit tedious, but workable.

1) Install custom launcher (like Nova)

2) Set custom launcher as default launcher (in 5.1: settings-home-select launcher. In 7.1: settings-apps-cog in upper right corner-home app-select launcher)

3) Go to NOX settings and allow root in "general settings" than restart

4) Go to file manager (stock will work, but I personally prefer MiX) and allow root access if requires. In file manager select root folder and go to system/app/launcher and rename launcher.apk to launcher.bak (only extension), than restart and voila

Also you can do the same to fb light. The only thing, that after every update you have to repeat step 2 and 4

I personally use the Print Screen button and Yandex OCR for menus and skill descriptions in PNC. For the story, the usual translator guy is also doing PNC's campaign.

Neither are substitutes for actual language skills, obviously, but I can play and comprehend PNC well enough to enjoy it. Hopefully this will also apply to Exilium.

FEH was my the very first mobile game i played, and pretty much the one that got me addicted to mobile games in general (not just gachas)

It was also the first one i ragequitted (not before beating all of the story mode available at the time), as it basically forced me to reinstall it once or twice a day due to some kind of bug: i don't even know if that has been fixed yet, as i never really felt the need to get back into it, and when i did after ragequitting "Goddess Kiss" (after a whole year of playing it: more than my current GFL record) i heard it had basically the same exact issue (i.e. having become a P2W)

I use the java one which has the previous versions available here, but for the app apkpure also offers previous versions here if you want to try them out.

Open the folder and you should see a folder with named obb. Transfer the obb folder to /android on your device then install the apk.

If you don't trust the file you run it through virustotal or scan it with your antivirus. The game updates itself without the playstore but if you encounter any problems when updating just turn on your vpn.

Download the latest apk (In the top middle right now) and try installing that onto leapdroid. Reminder that you usually shouldn't need any installer to install normal APKs.

If that doesn't work, maybe try out a different emulator. I can personally recommend memu.

If you want something snappier I'd recommend ShareX. With a button combination you can do a little doodle if you want and select an area to capture. Result can be saved to clipboard, file or uploaded to a service line Imgur. Highly recommend, I use it daily.

Our chibi animations are rendered with pixi.js which draws on a normal HTML canvas. Try to find some tool which is able to record a HTML canvas or try to remove the background with some Web-Tools and make many screenshots

Playing on TW (mostly due to starting before EN was even announced). I have 0 ability to read the text, but luckily when I started, the Google assistant was still able to translate the text on screen (but then they removed that functionality). Nowadays I just share screen regions to Google Lens, which I've bound to a screen edge gesture.

The UI doesn't really change, so most things need to be translated only once, if even that, because there's a surprising amount of English in the more commonly used UI elements. And I also have memorialized most of the dolls' skills, so I don't have to visit the wiki all that often. (Yes, I recognize I might be a little too into GF...)

I too live in a country where GFL isn't officially available from Play Store. I downloaded the APK directly from APKPure instead.

I've had this probably for about the same number of days (I'm on iOS and in Canada). I've recently been able to get in today by using a VPN (TunnelBear). It seems this is the only way for me to get into the game as of now. Someone replied to me yesterday saying that some people in China are having this problem too so it may be a problem with the servers. :/

Seems like in the last couple years or so there's be A LOT of investment into mobile games. The polish and tech on some are beyond expectations. I mean, last year KR blew me away when I first saw it. This year two standouts for me seem to Girls Frontline and Honkai. Yet, there seems to be a lot of new titles that are using much better tech.

That said, some companies are still pushing out PS2 level graphics like Valkyrie Connect.

I dont owned Oneplus 6 but from what I see from its Spec and GPU Spec, your device wont have problem playing GFL lol. I played on J5 2016, it will stutters, around 1 hour of continuous play will force exit, still playable.

Flipphones with front cameras exist! They're plenty uncommon, but MDR's niche tastes have been accommodated by the free market.

I think you can skip over VSK/S-ACR/Rex. GamePress already has a VSK analysis, ATM has one for all three, and they’re already on EN so most questions have probably already been asked/figured out.

As for where to host them, a few options I can think of are an Imgur album (easiest but not organized), using a GitHub repo and organizing with folders like 36base), or a basic website through GitHub pages or something similar.

I've downloaded from the Google Play Store, from here, which was listed in the blackscreen fix post I linked in my original post, and from the link gamepress gives for the decompressed obb.

The play store version didn't work. When I ran the apk file from the other two links, and moved the provided "com.sunborn.girlsfrontline.en" folder to "Internal/Phone Storage > Android > obb", I still got the black screen. (I made sure to delete the original "com.sunborn.girlsfrontline.en".)

You're not wrong, but it's also important to keep in mind the meta aspect of the artist looking to the weapon for inspiration. Not to create a T-Doll with in-universe requirements or lore in mind, but just to see what they start visualising when they sit you to come up with a design.

Binding your account means that when you get to this screen, you must use anything except the "Play as Guest" option. If that's already the case, then perfect, you can just open the app in the emulator and login.

There are many websites form which you can get the APK, the easiest one will simply be APKpure. Download the .xapk file and open it in MEmu, and it will automatically get installed.

In the case you get stuck at M4's loading screen just reinstall the xapk files after unistalling otherwise try redownloading the xapk.

The voice files shouldn't be in a .dat file, they're in com.sunborn.girlsfrontline.en\ef\Android\New\BrenMKMod.acb.bytes (for the file you had problems with). While I don't know if it works, you could try downloading the file (https://gofile.io/?c=8RNXeh) and manually placing it in there.

Bluestacks will have you log into a Google account to use the Google Play store to install the game. Hopefully you bound the account to a Sunborn account to be able to transfer your progress. Moving it from an Apple account over to Android will likely be difficult otherwise.

Ya know, I've been seeing a lot of people complaining about performance, and I'm kinda wondering how my old ass tablet is able to handle regular play. I obviously didn't attempt ranking on the thing so I can't say anything about that, but my tablet is one of these. It was kinda underpowered even when it came out back in 2017. It just looks nice because it's 1080p and is pretty big.

Definitely not meant for gaming, it can hardly run FGO, and it crashes constantly on games like Azur Lane. Though it handles Arknights and GFL just fine. But it doesn't even come with GooglePlay or it's services and you have to install that stuff separately.

besides that you should prioritize BGM first, then AGS&2B and only after that AT4, M2 and QLZ. the three initial HOCs are the strongest and have straighter stats (e. g. BGM is very clearly just for shield break and is best at it while AT4 is worse at it but has a better DPS outside of shield breaking) when it comes to stat importance of the different HOCs, heres a screenshot with what stats to prioritize. its also advised you get at least the tree main HOCs to lvl 60 first, as HOCs can equip 5* chips only from that level on. when it comes to leveling HOCs, combat is way too expensive so the only way to go (besides needing them for actual map clears, mostly in events) is by using the special combat reports from black market and produce them in the data room. talking about rooms, upgrading your sample generator and intelligence questboard in the intelligence room to max will benefit you a lot and same goes with HOC training range. everything else also works fine on lower levels, depending on demand. for chips, everyrhing below 5 * can be used as fodder to enhance other chips. about iteration for AGS first, then 2B, then AT4&M2 and lastly BGM since BGM doesnt benefit that much from it from a practical standpoint

I also have problems patching games on my Samsung S10+, what I do is connect to a VPN to download patches and it works fine everytime. If you havent tried it give it a go, I use NordVPN but there are free VPNs out there to use.

Android doesn't provide a toggle for "gyroscope access", and I doubt external appli- Well what do you know? The actually is an application for disabling sensors. The problems with it are that it disables them for the whole system, requires root, and requires some framework to be installed on top of root.
It's probably better to follow Nurupoi's advice and disable L2D altogether, if it fits cause you pain.

The great firewall will be annoying to get around. ExpressVPN is generally the recommended one to use within China (note: a lot of VPNs don't work in China), else you can't really connect to stuff blocked by the great firewall (like Youtube).

edit: I'm not sure if GFL EN is blocked, because I had a China-HK tourist sim-card when I went to Guangzhou that didn't block anything except Whatsapp for some reason, I would bet on it tho.

Why don't you use a reddit app? The official one is pretty bad, but there's a handful of really well made 3rd party ones. I personally use reddit sync.
