It is, in my opinion, the closest thing to what I would want out of a built-in stock recorder app. The dark mode toggle is a bit funny (you have to toggle dark mode and dark notification setting), but otherwise works as expected and is easy to use.
for everyone else, recording the screen doesn't trigger the screenshot detection. you can then just take a screenshot from the recorded video.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
NetGuard or other apps to check app network activities.
This is the best screen recorder, also Vietnamese though but a few less permissions https://i.imgur.com/tygmvC4.jpg
I was looking for a free screen recorder without ads. Found this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Some of the features: Face cam, draw on screen, magic button, trim video and record audio.
Better avoid Chinese AZ adware/data mining, and Mobizen is unfunctional crap, tested it recently.
This app works best https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder Vietnamese apps have not a great reputation either but so far it seems safe.
You can disable mic, has awesome start/stop features. (stop by turning off screen)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
This one is pretty nice because it works like a built in screen recorder for Pixel. It allows you to add a tile in the notification dropdown to record. I have experienced a few glitches when I've played back videos but milage may vary.
I literally just downloaded it for the sole purpose of recording this in action, and it really is great! It's simply called Screen Recorder - No Ads.
Here's the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I discovered this screen recorder today, it's exellent with super sharp picture. AZ seems to be a data mining company because it makes contact with it's servers every few minutes 24/7.
I have this app called Screen Recorder, it's amazingly simple, I tried like the popular ones like AZ or DU but I find them pretty bloated (well feature rich, but yaknow, I just need to plain old record stuffs)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
This one is great https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder I have set 'screen off' to stop recording. You can turn off audio recording.
Like AZ also made in Vietnam.
Wanted to give some advice on screen recording and sharing the video:
Screen Recorder - this app is fine. Completely free and works from the QS
Please turn off the sound next time. (You can change it in app settings)
Uploading the Video to Drive takes your space and makes us watch it in a small window
You can use giphy.com if you want to upload your screen rec to Reddit
xiaomi phones are usually pretty good at this (and will record internal audio without having to use mic)
the good thing about xiaomi phones is itll record any app
even youtube or other video apps
which is good because alot of rhythm games dont have a flag for it to be a "game" so it can record
afaik the xiaomi one is based off this which is also good but wont record internal audio unless you record externally (using mic and playing out loud)
recording with root alone isnt that good because you cant actually listen while it records unless you make modifications to play audio externally and for the recording
Did you try this app?
It's free. No ads. It doesn't ask internet permission.
It's running fine on my redmi note 3 pro marshmallow. Not sure about nougat though. But, Check it out.
I am using this screen recorder app. It is able to record sound during a WhatsApp video call, it probably should work for zoom too, perhaps you could give it a try.
There's nothing we can do, unfortunately.
But let me say one thing, for me recording with that method gives terrible results in the video and great loss in performance for some reason. So I use this app, works really well for me, barely any loss in performance and it records my audio too.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en

use this. simple but effective.
Some of the apps from Microsoft are pretty decent, including Edge, and their launcher that integrates with Outlook calendars.
For recording screens, I love this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I'm playing with this one, not sure if I'll keep it yet. But I like that I can access it in the notification panel. I'll try the one you suggested as well.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
if you have a samsung device you can use Game Tools because it can record internal audio, otherwise i recommend

By far the best screen recorder imo Like the title, no ads, its simplistic and has a built in trimmer
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Edit: this nibbatoe said "he lied XD" C'mon dude what the fuck
Here's one that also records the audio from the device, using the new Q API:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Sadly this seems to work like what Google planned : only with apps that target Android Q.
So it works with YouTube, for example, but not with many other apps...
First of all, Smart Switch because it's the easiest way to move your files like photos and videos to Android. btw Samsung Music is not installed by default so you have to download that too. And a good screen recorder (link here) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Free, no ads, no iap, no unnecessary permissions, and it records at 60fps with a high bitrate (so there would be less compression artifacts).
There are also a few ways to stop the recording that don't show up in the recorded video.
apart from the ones already mentioned, Screen Recorder and bitwarden
A occhio penso che con una qualsiasi app per registrare lo schermo (come questa) dovresti risolvere (l'opzione per registrare anche l'audio è tra le impostazioni)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
my absolute favourite. free with no ads, and you an add a quick tile so that's always quick to start. you can also change resolution, framerate and bitrate.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Ad free, extremely lightwight (850kb) , no bloat and no internet permission so there isnot a chance of stealing ur info. This app is for you man
Yup, as mentioned phones with IOS 11+ or Android 11 have built-in screen recorders, but personally for my Android phone I use this app since the recording options are more flexible. I believe it requires Android 10+ to be able to record system sound, however.
Really good fist theme, thumbs up
Do you not have a screen capture app?
like this I found it to be really handy & of coarse its free
I used this for the previous event's speedrun. It works, but it also recorded whatever RL background crap was going on. You may need to fiddle with the settings
Almost all the screen recorders we have today can do that, but your phone must be android 10 or above. Also when you have less processor or RAM, there might be breakages in your recordings when you have too much background tasks. But I will recommended Screen Recorder Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Well on the app that I use that I linked in my comment, I go to settings. Then from there I scroll until I see "audio source" and then I choose internal audio.
I use a Google Pixel 3XL. I have graphics set to medium and frame rate to max, if I move the graphics up it starts staggering a little. I also want to save battery because this game drains it like crazy.. I use an app called Screen Recorder to record but unfortunately most Androids can't record internal audio so I have no sound. But the fps in the recording app is set to 60fps. Here's the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Of course, here's a link to the recorder I use. I think it's one of the best for Android. I'm not sure what there is available for iOS devices. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Yeah! Only works with apps that supports it in the API. I used screen recorder - no ads (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder) to do it. O tested it on dbl and it didn't work but it definitely works on YouTube. Seems like devs just have to support it
i know an app that uses an overlay to screenshot. open the screenshot app, and press the camera looking thing k the bottom left, this will create an overlay. you might have to give the app permission to do so. do this before you open the Wire app then press the image that looks like a picture on the overlay and then it will immediately screenshot. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
it might be on App store if you use apple
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
It does not require root and works great. The play store says it has in-app purchases, but that's just to support the dev. Every feature is free.
Not possible to record audio unless you root your phone.
I wish apps like this would perform the same as OBS.
If none of those apps work for y'all, if you launch the game directly from (Google) Play Games app, open up the game and you'll find a recorder there.
I also recommend using this, Screen Recorder, it's the one I'm using currently to record my game plays plus it adds a recording shortcut to your action center :)
Screen Recorder is great too. It’s 100% free and it doesn't skimp on video quality, though there is no 60fps recording afaik. No ads or IAP. I believe it's FOSS.
Check this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder It's free, without ads, and has a lot of options to customize the end video (frames, resolution, etc). I use it all the time.
I recommend this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
It supports 60fps and lots of other features like facecam. It's free and has no ads or watermark.
Also, I highly recommend not using DU recorder as it asks for a ridiculous number of permissions.
>highlights are compressed into one short video for sharing.
The Chinese 0.6.1 version actually has this built into the game itself.
regarding screen recorder, I doubt they're going to add it back, as it's been removed since either Z5 or X. you should try this app, it allows you to add a button to the quick tile area for easy access.
It's better to try finding your phone's factory screen recording software but I would recommend screen recorder (made by kimcy929) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Unfortunately, only flagships have the screen recorder feature. You can install a 3rd party screen recorder from play store or galaxy store. I use this app on my phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
It is pretty good :)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
This one works well for me, and out of all I have used seems the best. Note that if it doesn't record internal audio it means it isn't supported on your phone (I believe it was added in android 10)
pretty sure geometry dash doesn't allow recording of internal audio, and you would have to use your device's built in screen recorder (i assume your device doesn't have one since you're asking about screen recorders) i use screen recorder by kimcy929 and it works for most apps except a few that don't allow internal audio recording: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder there's nothing you can do except edit the music in if you don't want to record audio with mic or if you don't have a built in screen recorder
On the Pixel 3 I used this one. You might want to play with settings for a bit to get the best output. Also give it like 30 seconds of buffer at the beginning of the video because the audio isn't always synchronized at the start
On the Pixel 6 I used the built in functionality
I personally use this one on Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder which works very well without watermarks for me.
On iOS I use the built-in one which I also find works extremely well
I use an app, Screen Recorder on my A9 Pro and it records sounds on the right settings... Just set "Sound source" to "Internal Sound"... It's completely free to use and has non-intrusive ads...
I record in 60fps, this clip is also in 60fps only, if you want in full 90fps, I would recommend you to download this from the play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
No, the volume buttons cannot be assigned to do that.
Personally, I like this Screen Recorder. It has a lot of features, including bitrate and framerate control if you're looking to reduce file size. It also has the functionally to shake to stop recordings. Unfortunately, it has banner advertisements while you're in the application, but they never show up outside the app. (At one point it was free of advertisements but now there's a one-time fee to remove them.)
Do you mean record video from camera and record audio that is playing internally on your phone? If yes, then the answer is no because when camera app records it automatically silences all internal sounds so that it can use the microphone to capture external sounds.
However, if you mean to record screen and internal sounds, that can be done. Every screen recorder supports that. This is a simple and popular screen recording app for android by Kimcy929
You could give 'Screen Recorder' a try. Can't test if the device sounds are recorded correctly on <10 devices, but in general it's fantastic (Full resolution & FPS recording)!
Waalaikum salam
First of all, if it took you a long time to root your phone, I would highly recommend that you don't do it. Rooting is risky, and while it doesn't automatically break your phone, you'll have more access to the system and could potentially unknowingly do something harmful to it. Please learn more about the pros and cons of rooting as well as its functions.
As for the recording, afaik Android 10 already allows screen recording with internal audio. But because your phone doesn't run MIUI (it's Mi A2 Lite, right?), you need a 3rd party app. I use Screen Recorder by Kimcy929 here (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder). After installing the app, go to app settings and change the audio source to internal sound.
By the way, if you really want to root your phone, there's a modding community on XDA Developers. Be aware that it's recommended that you have a basic knowledge of rooting and custom ROMs first, though. Modding your phone is a risky thing and you need to be aware of the implications (and know how to fix it in case something goes wrong).
android 11 has the feature built in. You can add it to the pull down tool menu.
Before android 11, I used this which worked nicely for me
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder . This is the one I use. You can also enable the show touches on screen option. As a sidenote you can use the inbuult Android 11 screen recorder as well. My phone won't get the update this month so I was curious how Custom launchers worked with android 11
How to take a video? You can use an app like this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Then you can upload the file to some temporary-file-upload website, such as this one :
And then show me the link to it.
But now I've tested it too, and you are correct. For some reason it doesn't work with this specific app, but works fine for others.
I will check it out (I'm the developer). Might be a bug of the app or even of Android. Thank you.
I think he used DU recorder, although there is a better app Screen Recorder
After setting it up you can also put the recording in quick settings. It's a really good, clean, to the point app
What's a good screen recorder app that can record phone audio as well? The one I use is very hit and miss with recording audio for some reason. This is the one I use. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Bliss ROM has a built-in screen recorder which is like One Plus' screen recorder. That is what I'm using. However for those that want a screen recorder that works just as well try this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I recommend that if you doing 1080p 60fps recording with it; you should drop the bitrate to 8/6 MBits otherwise frame-rate will vary. Also in order to record internal audio with it I think you need to be rooted but other than that you can use the mic.
I use this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
So far i haven't had any problems with it. Been using for 6+ months now.
Technically you can't mute the audio on Android, but if u have an instrument and music sheet #3, you can play the music sheet and exit the instrument. Music sheet #3's melody is relatively quiet so you can play your own Spotify music in the background and it will block out most of the games music. The only problem is that you have to play the music sheet every once in a while.
The cool headphones are iOS only.
Also in-game audio recording is for Android 10 and up I believe. I use this app. If your phone is Android 10 and up, you still have to change a setting in the app to only record the in-game audio.
Use this application to screen record and turn off the option to record audio from mic, and if you want to record your own voice too then use any other recorder and let it run in the background.
Show me a link to an app you fail to install&run.
As for showing the issue, you can use this app to record what you do, from the moment you download to the moment you start the app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en
Seems like you are looking for a screen recorder for Android. Try these two, I use both of them.
1- Screen Recorder - No Ads https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
2- Screen Recorder - Record your screen https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.screenrecorder
Android 11 has it, and you can install an app that does a very good job at it too, such as this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en
I've tried today to do screen recording on IOS. It works well, but I couldn't find how come it doesn't record audio, and how to change it. Is it possible? If not, know that it's possible on Android (even before Android 11).
For screen recording, this app has the all the required features and it's a lightweight app. Also it has no ads and it's very clean.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
You can have this for screen recording, without any ads:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en
And it has plenty of good features too.
Android R has screen recorder built in, but it lacks on some functions.
Hmmmmm your best bet is this app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
If you have the pie update (or just try it for the heck of it) you can get goodlock from galaxy store(or sideload) then get Niceshot apk (grab an older version) then install finelock to get it working.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Check out this app on PlayStore. This is the best ever screen recorder for Android. It's clean, easy to use, customizable and regularly updated. No ads, no in-app purchases. It supports internal audio recording for devices running Android 10 and above.
If you're referring to this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
You can go into the app's settings and change resolution, bitrate, etc. Performance may vary depending on your device.
Also, if your device runs Android 10 or newer then you can change the "Audio source" from "MIC" to "Internal sound". That lets you record audio directly from apps that support audio capture (which Another Eden does) instead of getting audio from the speakers via microphone (which is lower quality and may pick up other sounds).
just install a screen recording app until screen recording officially comes out on pixels (it will come out in august/September i believe) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder this is the one i use.
I usis for screen rcording, I rarely use it but works well enough for my needs when I do https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Check these two out:
Screen Recorder - No Ads https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Aroundsound https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aroundsound.audiorecorder
No, but a really good replacement is this app called… well… Screen Recorder. It's got a really good design following the Material Design 2.0. You should check it out.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
There were some variants that didn't get screen recording, the A50s didn't too. They might bring it with an update.
Try a different screen recorder for the meantime. This supports Android 10, including internal audio.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I've heard questionable things about AZ Screen Recorder privacy wise and it has ads iirc. I recommend this one, good features and works well:
The new screen recorder on One UI 2 is found in the quick settings. Just add its toggle on the quick settings panel.
If it's not present (some devices may have it missing), try this. Set audio to internal from the app's settings.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I use this one, the performance is very smooth, no ads, and has a selection of different resolutions, and it can even use the H.265 codec.
Samsung have record functionality, I believe my last Sony phone had that as well.
For android users there is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
It was linked to me via xda forums, is a lightweight screen recorder. I have no affiliation with the dev, just happy to see something not bloated, or otherwise profit or data collection driven.
The native Screen recorder for the Pixel does record audio, but the uses the mic.
This screen recorder does internal sound on the Pixels https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I personally am Leary to use any third party screen recorder as they may be dialing home. Just not worth it to me.
If you want to enable the Pixel native Screen recorder, see: https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/comments/eqgupg/for_those_sprint_users_with_google_pixels/
I guess streaming is possible, but as for recording audio from the internal-audio as source, I've read that this is possible only from Android 10 and only for apps that support it.
An example of an app that can record audio from the internal-audio as source is this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Sounds like no, kinda. This screen recorder will do it if your app is "targeted" to Android 10, and I none of my games are targeted at Android 10.
But it still uses only the mic to record sound. No support internal sound. This app is better with material design2 style
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Using this app you can record internal sound of some apps as YouTube, Om Nom Merge game
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
It was removed from the beta builds (I think beta 4). The S10 does not have stock recorder. It's 'stock' from One UI. If there ever was a stock recorder, this would be it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
It's not about recording. Does it even have an option to record?
If you want to record the screen with audio, this might do it:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
This is the screen recorder I'm using. It works perfectly for me! It's free and has no ads. But we should definitely support this great developer! Hopefully it works better for you than Mobizen.
I use screen recorder app on my XZ2 and it's very good. You can put the record button in the notification bar and it works very well. If you want to try it, you can download it here
I don't know, but I use this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Maybe try to change the various settings there.
While looking through the play store for apps that record my screen with audio, found this gem, seems to be the only one to record audio on Android that has a good amount of downloads and reviews https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Same here, but it seems that it will unfortunately not be happening this time around. If it helps, there are still some good 3rd-party apps for it. The one I use has a Quick Settings shortcut to start recording, and shortcuts to quickly stop recording without doing anything else on the screen (which I really like).
Here's the app if you want to try it29.screenrecorder
On which Android version?
If on Q, maybe a workaround would to to do screen recording, like this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I know it's a weird solution, but if nothing else works, maybe this will.
Other solution is "Cube call recorder". I've read that it can do it, but I never tried.
I use this app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
As for showing where you touch, you can always enable it in the developer options. The app has it, but I never tried.
This app can do it:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Sadly, note that only apps that target Q can be recorded, and they can disable it too :(
For now, you can record YouTube, for example ...
just FYI, this screen recorder doesn't add any watermarks you don't want it to.
It's not an official feature, I use this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I activated it via ADB a couple days ago using
> .\adb shell settings put global settings_screenrecord_long_press true
Then long pressed screenshot on power button.
To disable:
> .\adb shell settings delete global settings_screenrecord_long_press
Long story short it is broken. When you try to stop the recording you get an error. Video isn't saved/accessable.
error deleting screen recording
Apparently Google native screen recorder is slated for Android 11 now.
There is this though (system default for dark mode, and stereo internal sound recording)...
Screen Recorder video clip (dark mode/internal sound): https://streamable.com/axu5i
Screen Recorder app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Goggle audio recorder vid clip: https://streamable.com/w77e8
And here is the Google native Audio Recorder app: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-recorder/google-recorder-1-0-271580629-release/
I've used this for a few months and it works fine.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
or use one that's always free https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Use this one
Check out "Screen Recorder" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Best screen recorder https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Better avoid the brands AZ and EZ it's data mining crap.
Also looks the same as this one which is ad free.

Screen recorder updated their app so it works with beta. Works better than Google's. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
The most lightweight and practical one among many I tried so far, hopefully it'll be to your liking too. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
It was always crappy. Use this instead.
Avoid AZ it's data mining crap
This one works best https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
There are so many apps.
Screen recorder - Simple , Free , No ads , App does not have access to internet permission , No unnecessary permissions.
AZ screen recorder - extra features , In app purchase .
Mobizen - Nice features
ScreenCam Screen recorder -1440p screen recording

Also, you can turn on Show Taps in Developer Options to record where you touch on screen.
You can try Screen recorder from kimcy929. It doesn't ask Internet permission & It doesn't have any ads. Use it if it works for you. It's a good app for basic recording & provides basic options. Du & AZ recorder has more features though.
About DU recorder: I am not sure about this app. It doesn't have any ads.
But In general DU is a company that bought ES File explorer & made It a zombie app. They have their own ad platform. Their other booster apps, battery saving apps doesn't work & shows ads, abuse permissions. Do you know Baidu?? Du group is name of their Global business unit.
If you are interested about other Chinese companies. Here is the Basic/rough chart that I created. I might be wrong in some area, But I tried my best to write quick details from Wikipedia.
This one seems pretty good. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder

An easy native way, no.
It's coming with Android 11 in a few months, for now you can use this ad free app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Screen recorder is a good app that I use. It's even better than the one on the one ui 2 screen recorder.
First, I find a good source, which was this video at 1080p 60fps. I then use a screen recorder app that lets me screenshot the frame in a png format. Then, I use Remini to upscale and enhance the image including facial features using their built in AI. I finish it off with Google's Snapseed to further enhance the image by adjusting contrast, structure, and sharpness. For the text, I just use ZomboDroid Meme Generator using their Native format setting to keep the image crispy during editing. It's a fairly long process, but you'll get used to it.
Best screen rec and no ads

I think it doesn't, but you should try this out: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder If there was a built in screen recorder this would have been it.
Better avoid AZ it's data mining trash. Use this one instead

Here's the best free screen recorder: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en_US

I know it's not an answer to the problem, but you can always try another app. I use this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Instead of supporting those shitty apps, why not support something free with no ads and objectively better
If you're on Android 10, you can use this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder

Here, a nice one that I use:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
You may know already, I found this app does pretty good job and it's ad free.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Tip: set 'screen off' as stop action.
The best one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Tip: set 'screen off' as stop recording
Why would you pay for AZ when this exists
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
There are apps in the play store to screen record, I use this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
The only issues with screen recording is that it can't capture the audio of the device without root, so it just records audio from the microphone
Screen Recorder no ads https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en_US
Right now use Screen Recorder as it has a floating tool box that can be enabled via a widget placed in the notification shade like a wifi or flashlight button does yours also do this?
Not sure if lightweight but the most well thought one anyway.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Tip: set 'screen off' to stop recording.
No, I used an app called Screen Recorder. It allows you to put a button like a wifi or Bluetooth button to easily start screen recording. A little more elegantly I think than a widget. Also creates a floating toolbox so once you hit that button, it will float overtop whatever you're trying to do and then press that when you're ready. I prefer that but they have other apps that allow you to just press that button and instantly start recording after a short countdown but it's just preference really. You can record normally too starting from the app itself I just like that it's always up in just notification shade out of the way. Doing it from the notification area or whatever that actual area is card, since it's not technically a notification, just makes it feel about as "native" as you can get while being third party. Then once your done a little pop up notification will show up and you can just click share on that and point it to gfycat or whatever you want and get it uploaded immediately. Gfycat is surprisingly quick too.
oo, lol straight forward name
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en
thanks for that, good enough for gifs and memes then. thanks for the share, will check it out
DU recorder is too heavy and full of bloatware Try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
No ads, no bloatware, simple recorder
I'm on LineageOS and I'm using the Recorder app that came with the ROM, so idk if you can download it separately. But I've also used this one before and I remember it being good.
I use screen recorder great app and easy to use and ad free.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Try this, simple and effective. Plus no ads
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Its customizable so you can set it to a lower quality (probably 720p) and lower the bitrate and set the framerate to 30fps
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder try this, it's not the same as one that's built in but it's pretty great.
I use this one, 100% free with no ads https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
This is what I use: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Try Screen Recorder (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder). You can then edit the video and extract only the audio
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
My favorite so far, and it gives a nice little quick settings shortcut for screen recording (I don't know if others do that, too, or not)
It happens exactly the same when typing replies or editing.
In a previous comment you recommended a screen capture app; what was that called? (I used "Screen Recorder -Free No Ads" by kimcy929 to capture this.)
P.S. First time I really tried the built-in upload feature and it worked perfectly!
well for me i use the built in game recorder or Mobizen because it records internal audio on certain phones like samsungs & lg
this one has no ads & only 2.66mb https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
I use this screen recorder, free, no ads.
The left button on nav bar is screenshot, the right side is power button. I install Custom navigation bar to add those button. You will need a PC to run ADB command, but only run once after install.
Not on my side, sure it's not your phone acting up? This one is open source and shouldn't have internet permission https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
You mean a screen recorder?
In that case it's this one
I tried Screen Recorder - Free No Ads and it seems to be capable of some of the things Mobizen can do and it seems to work for me.
If nothing goes wrong, I'll use it instead of Mobizen.
That does not sound good. Can I ask you to share a screen recording while loading a GIF? Screen Recorder is a decent app that will let you do this.
This one is really good !
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
try this one. if it makes PUBG laggy, try decreasing the framerate or bitrate.
That's interesting, not getting that search option either. I am using the same version on both (64.0.3282.137).
I use this screen recording app on android, no ads no watermarks, free, but it uses the mic to record audio and can't record the audio internally, not sure if that's the case with mobizen/du/az screen recorder.
Tried this ?
You can also try this. Screen recorder
Edit: I noticed that new version has internet permission. I was using this app because it was the only working app which was free, No ads & works offline. But now that they added internet permission. I will move to old version of the app. (v1.1.2.0) You can find it on apkmirror. link
If you are okay with new features & internet permission. Then you can use play store version. It's free and doesn't have any ads as of now.
This ones quite nice, has a floating UI, several methods to stop recording, audio, quality settings etc https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Did you try this app ? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Enable record audio option from settings.
I truly believe This Screen Recorder is the best you can find. No ads, no IAP, sits just at 1.26 mbs and has no internet access (which means this app is 100% safe and cannot steal your information). Anyways, check it out and let me know what you think✌
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jakewharton.telecine
Both were working for me on Lollipop but they aren't anymore on Marmshmallow, I think it's just my phone ROM.
DU is Chinese garbage
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder various start stop options
Personally I use this one
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
Screen recorder app, really convenient to use plus tunnel bear
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder
You can use “Screen Recorder - Free no ads” https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kimcy929.screenrecorder&hl=en
If you find it troublesome to press power + volume down button.
