I'm pretty sure he's referring to these sort of emergency phones you can often find at gas stations in more rural sparsely populated areas. They're intended to be emergency phones, essentially (with tracks, given how Evan's common calls are to 911 and animal control), but you can slot in a SIM card, buy minutes, etc.

On the Pixel 3 I used this one. You might want to play with settings for a bit to get the best output. Also give it like 30 seconds of buffer at the beginning of the video because the audio isn't always synchronized at the start

Y'all haven't seen some of the bare-bones disposables out there. Check out the SpareOne. It costs like $7 and runs on AA batteries.

You can use a VPN to watch it! I use NordVPN to access region-locked content on YouTube and other sites. It works awesome. There are lots of others too, depending on your needs, but I can't personally vouch for others.
