Yeah, get a different provider that doesn't force their own name on your statusbar.
But, seriously: Get the SystemUI Tuner app. You do need access to a computer to use it, but it's worth it. And do what milan87 said, change your display size.
They are antennas, most phones have them on their exterior, like iPhones
Anker PowerCore Speed 20000mAh Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 & PowerIQ Portable Charger, with Quick Charge Recharging
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N0X3NL5/
A bunch on Amazon from trusted brands. I posted the largest Anker one with QC3 I saw with a quick glance.
It's called Image Retention, I had same issue with an icon in the status bar.
I used an app like this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=appinventor.ai_avaworks00.LCDBurnInWiper for few minutes and it disappeared.
Hope it can help you!
I use an anker from Amazon. I got two 6' braided cords and a great adapter with anker's smart charging and fast charge 3.0
The wall of text and detail is unnecessary for what you're asking. It's much easier to get support questions answered when you cut it down and get right to the point.
You have issues selecting the 'now playing' window, the exact song you want to play or sliding the time position back to the start?
Checkout Musicolet it's a free lightweight app with plenty of settings. I initially discovered it looking for a music app that could play by folder structure and remember last position on long tracks (podcasts).
Nova and then get "another widget" on the play store, works great:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tommasoberlose.anotherwidget&hl=en_GB
The other cool dude who commented here has got your last two questions answered so I'll answer the first. Yep, Fingerprint Quick Action does exactly what you want. From the first time I've used it it worked great! The only reason I got rid of it was because its far more easier for me to just press the notification down thing in the home touch button area...
Slight battery drain when I used it on my N6, but that's to be expected since its always "listening" or whatever you call it.
If it's just the icon that annoys you and you're fine with using a VPN you could download SystemUI Tuner to hide the status bar icon. Other than that there isn't a way to block ads system wide without root. You can get a browser that supports adblock plugins, but that would of course only work on your browser.
Its for a brand new G6 (not used or refurb): https://slickdeals.net/f/10755003-sprint-lg-g6-5-24-month-120-total-bf-best-buy?v=1
BB will apply $360 as a down payment on the regular $480 price when you sign up -- you have to pay sales tax based on the $480 price.
Your device payment plan will be $5/mo for 24mo ($120 total) but you can pay it off early if you want to -- there's a $30 activation/upgrade fee which will show up on your Sprint bill
I thought I would include the steps that I took to get this result:
I downloaded the Pixel UX Theme for LG G6. I understand it costs money but if you get Google Play Rewards then you can get it for free after like 15 surveys.
I downloaded Nova Launcher and Nova Launch Prime (optional). I selected the light theme, the swipe up app drawer, then in the settings you go to > Desktop > Search Bar Style > Then you select the pill one right above bar color and the rainbow G under Logo syle \n\n Then go back one page, mark 'Persistent Search Bar' to on
I installed the Nova Google Companion for the stock android style Google Now cards that you cannot see in the screen shot
Lastly, I installed a System UI tuner app and through the console on my computer, gave it access to remove some of the icons on the search bar, and I removed the NFC icon as I keep it on
Hope that answers any questions!
I had downloaded the trial version of this app to try and get the fingerprint sensor to be used as a shutter button. Coming from an LG G4, I really missed being able to use the back button as a shutter button. Initially, the app did not work with the LG G6 camera app, but after sending some debugging info to the developer, he has made this app functional with it. I have no ties to the developer, just wanted to give a heads up for a functional app. You can download the trial version here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nyelito.dactyltrial&hl=en
You can do this easily with the Nomedia app, or do it manually using a file manager by creating a blank file named .nomedia in the root folder where the images are located.
GSMArena review: >Solid audio output
>The LG G6 doesn't have the impressive loudness of the V20 either with headphones or with an active external amplifier, but it's still above average in both parts of our test.
>The clarity however was top notch - perfect with no resistance applied to its line-out and excellent with our standard headphones set.
If you line otter box, go for the unicorn beetle. A third the price and essentially the exact same protection.
Edit: it's currently $17 on Amazon.

I bought a Speigen case on Amazon for $11 and i think that's pretty thin.

External app like, Auto call recorder? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nll.acr
Currently the app saves the recording with the name of the contact. But in my dad's Asus phone the same app doesn't save the recordings with names (due to changes in security model of Android 9 (Pie)).
You can't use icon packs with LG's stock launcher. But you can change the themes available on PlayStore which changes the icons and various other small things like settings, notification menu, etc in the UI. If you like pixel styled icons you can check this out:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.theme.markbencze.pixelexperience.dark
It's an android P theme, it's awesome and definitely worth the money. It's got some tiny things I don't like but they're so minor. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.wsdeveloper.pdroid
Install a theme from playstore ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.theme.pixel.ui ) I use this one and use the home and app launcher, from settings you can change it! Or get nova launcher (nova prime version is paid and you can get notifications badges and lots of gesture)
Download this
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.netspark.firewall
And u can restrict data to ANY app u want
Or download this
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.greyshirts.firewall
And u can restrict urls as well
No.
Unknown to me, but oem handles the dual cameras, and I have not seen a camera besides the installed one handle the cameras as intended.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.theme.pixel2
Between Nova launcher and the pixel theme I'm content.
Nova launcher still has the app draw unlike the retarded lg default launcher
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.teslacoilsw.launcher
You can also use seasame shortcuts with nova which allows you to search contacts, shortcuts within apps and do loads of stuff
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ninja.sesame.app.edge
Try this app for Google Assistant functionality: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dotarrow.airpodsForGA
Haven't tried it myself as I don't own Airpods.
If somebody doesn't know, there is ability to watch YouTube in fullscreen on our devices by using Samsung Beta Browser. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.android.app.sbrowser.beta&hl=pl
Have you tried LG Mobile Switch? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.mobilemigration&hl=en
I moved from a G2 to a G6, the above app wasn't that great really. In the end, I plugged the G2 via USB into my PC, copied the folders etc and then transferred them to the G6.
I use the google wallpaper app.
You can set any pic anywhere but it shows you what each wallpaper is.
Probably don't use an app that was last updated 3 years ago.
Custom Search Bar Widget is nicer and completely customizable. It was also updated in June.
Stock rom, I've purchased a pixel theme, and use Action Launcher with pixel icons
Theme: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.theme.pixel.ui
Icons: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.themezilla.pixelui
Pixel Dark Theme if you prefer a more vanilla UI to LG's Skin. I love it because I switch between the G6 and the pixel on almost a weekly basis and the experience stays mostly consistent.
Anther quick play store search and first app that shows up is one called Gravity Gesture: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tinoooapp.gravitygestures Tested out and it works, fully customisable.
Many of the third party apps make it really easy, sync for reddit for example you just tap the image icon I don't know if the official app can do this too.
from what i've read some models from specific carriers allow you to uninstall it, but not mine unfortunately :( I use the app Key Plus to remap the key https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp&hl=en
I'm using the G6 coming from the S7. I love it so far, but I'm not a fan of the UI. So I downloaded the pixel launcher from APKMirror, and installed this theme from the Play Store:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ngocgiap.lgtheme.pixel
For all intents and purposes, I now have a waterproof pixel XL with a bigger screen. :)
If you're in EU, unlock won't void the EU regulated warranty. Of course for hardware only.
As far as I understand the current state, all four cams are working on LOS. You can use OpenCamera. But I really like LG's camera software.
For Adaway, there are three solutions I'd recommend you: 1. Install Firefox 57 for the nice GUI and thwn simply install ublock. 2. Install Brave browser that comes with building adblock and is based on Chrome so it seamlessly integrates into system. 3. Install one of those VPN api based blockers. There are open source solutions that will block ads. DNS66 is one of those. DNS66 (Block ads/hosts via DNS) - https://f-droid.org/app/org.jak_linux.dns66
It works without a shady server in the internet.
You can use Google's Spam & Caller ID by setting *Google Phone Go* as the default "Phone app" (i.e. call handler). You have to side-load it though: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-phone/google-phone-26-0-222848963-go-release/google-phone-26-0-222848963-go-2-android-apk-download/
However you don't have to use it as your actual dialler app. The "Phone app" default simply defines the app which handles incoming and outgoing calls. LG's stock call handler isn't even built into their dialler app, so you can just hide *Google Phone Go* from the launcher and continue using LG's dialler if you wish.
I forget how Truecaller works, I think that it over-lay the stock call handler? That would be why it has to run all the time, since nothing is going to tell Truecaller that you're making/receiving a phone call and so it must monitor app usage to detect this. Why they don't let you disable it for outgoing calls, probably because they want the data on who you're calling (to identify safe numbers or for marketing purposes).
I'd use Google's service plainly because they already know everyone you're calling through Google Play Services. You're not actually giving them any more data by making use of their call handler.
I use it all the time. I love how it just works flawlessly without any real inconveniences. Samsung's Touchwiz has the ability to run apps in a "windowed" mode, however it's not helpful to have windows on a phone UI in my opinion.
On a side note, give NewPipe a look if you're trying to avoid YouTube Red and save some battery while you're at it.
Hahahahahaha no no let me start from scratch, the first thing you need to know, is that there are 2 kinds of LG G6, locked, and unlocked, if they are locked, that means that you can only use them with one carrier, the carrier that sold you the phone, if you, for example buy a locked phone from at&t and then put a verizon sim inside it will not work. The other kind are unlocked phones, there are sold by third party stores or LG directly and the unlocked part means that you can put any sim card inside from any country and (If the bands are ok) they should be able to work. The big difference is that when there is a new update, LG pushes the updates to the phones in different ways, on the locked variants, the update gets to the carriers first, and then after a while (when they put bloatware inside) they push it to the phones, the phones that are unlocked get the update directly from LG. Now, within the locked and unlocked phones, there are many variants.
see here where it says all versions: https://www.gsmarena.com/lg_g6-8466.php
LG prepares the update for the different varians accordenngly, is not a single update but many different updates depending on the variants (Which is why takes so damn long). So LG is the one pushing the updates according to the variants.
So here's an example, my phone which is an unlocked version, has a, I don't know, let's say sprint sim inside, and it works great, the variant is H870DS, and I see that my friend has an AT&T locked variant which is H871. If LG prepared the update for the H871 first, it will push it towards AT&T and then AT&T will push it to the phone of my friend. If I see this, and I put his sim on my phone, the phone will still work, because it's unlocked, but I will not receive the update because the update was for the H871 variant, not for the H870DS. Is it clear now?
Is it H870S? or H870DS?
I can't see the H870S on any variant on gsm arena:
https://www.gsmarena.com/lg_g6-8466.php#g6-plus
Anyway, I live in Mexico, and ordered the H870DS (No wireless charging, but 64Gb of internal storage, Quad Dac and Dual Sim Slot). It works with LTE on 2 of the 3 mayor providers (ATT and Telcel).
Check the box of your phone to see the 3G and 4G bands that the phone supports, the 3 mayor companies here are, Movistar, Telcel and AT&T.
You can check the bands that the companies use here: https://www.xataka.com.mx/telecomunicaciones/estas-son-las-bandas-y-frecuencias-en-las-que-trabajan-los-operadores-de-mexico
Basically is this:
Telcel and AT&T: 3G= B2 / 1900 MHz, B5 / 850 MHz, B4 / 1700/2100 MHz. 4G/LTE= B4 / 1700/2100 MHz.
Movistar: 3G= B2 / 1900 MHz, B5 / 850 MHz. 4G/LTE= B2 / 1900 MHz.
One good thing here is that pre-paid SIMS are INSANELY cheap and easy to get, I recommend you going with AT&T, that's what I have and I basically put 15 US dollars per month and I have unlimited LTE data, unlimited calls and unlimited messages, I use around 30 GB per month, It's pretty neat.
I have the Ringke Onyx (also has port covers) and it was my favorite after comparing it with G6 Spigen rugged armor (which was my preferred case for my 6P), Spigen Neo Hybrid, and Ringke Air Prism. Haven't tried the fusion due to not being a fan of clear cases.
btw you can get a few Ringke g6 cases for $3.99 on amazon right now ( https://slickdeals.net/f/10513644-ringke-cases-for-galaxy-note-8-galaxy-s8-s8-plus-lg-g6-iphone-7-7-plus-from-1-90-more-free-s-h )
Yes, I rooted my phone last weekend. But let me tell you it is a major pain in the bum! LG makes you really work for unlocking the bootloader and flashing a custom recovery!
Use this TWRP Version as the newest one does not work.
And this Version of Magisk.
If you need further help DM me.....for me it was a nightmare to get this installed because of LGs software. Now everything is working fine.
If it's not working with Android File Transfer (https://www.android.com/filetransfer/) installed, your phone is unlocked, and The USB connection is set to MTP mode, try a different cable (or a friends computer). Send it for repairs otherwise.
Not really, the minimum OS version required to be an "Android Enterprise Recommended" device is 7.0. Source: https://www.android.com/enterprise/recommended/requirements/?_ga=2.94447580.1907674330.1523890819-909186339.1523890819
It also makes sense for us to have 8.0 as they can just port the stuff from the V30 directly instead of having to port the same stuff again to make it work on a whole new OS that only one device will use.
Not sure what Verizon has to do with your contacts list but just add all your contacts to https://contacts.google.com/ and you'll always have them. No need to copy lists from one phone to another ever again.
Don't ever store your contacts on your sim card or sd card.
I actually just got mine replaced today. I ordered this glass off of Amazon and had my University's cell phone repair shop do the installation for free. Call cellphone repair shops around your city, explain the situation and see how much (if any) it would cost for them to replace the glass. Saved my lucky ass from paying LG $83 to repair it. Thankfully God hath shown mercy upon my soul, the payment didn't go through, and I saved $73.
Found some on Amazon with one day shipping. Can confirm they are good and work with volume control. Thanks for the recommendo

You need it now
Amazon https://www.amazon.com/SIM-Card-Tray-LG-G6/dp/B072J9YMCC
Can live with it for a bit.
Dark mode is an Android 10 feature, but there's some decent dark themes, I like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.wsdeveloper.ux8.black. Many apps now have dark themes too, e.g. most Google apps
You need to install this one, because G6 has UX8 like G8 on Pie, every themes that said UX8 works
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.theme.markbencze.pixel.experience.dark.geight
I have rootless launcher from the playstore installed https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=amirz.rootless.nexuslauncher&hl=en_CA
Everything is applied from within the launcher. (Wallpaper & google at a glance widget)
Try iFont app and see if it has the font you need.
It is a non root app

The phone's battery controller won't allow actual overcharging. Quick charging doesn't unduly stress the battery if done intelligently (as implemented by the current standards).
Accubattery is indispensible as it allows you to set an alarm at a certain percentage of charge below 100%.
Wireless chargers are misleading because most have an LED that changes when the phone reports 100%. People tend to think charging has then stopped, but it continues. They don't use QC or other fast charge technology that carefully adjusts voltage and current. Maximum battery voltage is reached earlier. And they create additional heat when we want to minimize it. They are convenient, but harder on the battery.
There are few devices that will actually terminate charging before the battery controller does. Here's a USB meter that can limit charge time to an hour. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D9Y6ZFW/ (I've used it.) One hour on the OEM charger will add around 70%.
Personally i use this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.openvpn.openvpn&hl=en (I also use it for my selfhosted home vpn)
Once installed you can manually create profiles using the nordvpn server you wish to use.
Maybe you can try an app on the play store ? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.plexnor.gravityscreenofffree
Or
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jarsilio.android.waveup
I use this app to use mullvad vpn on mine:
Mullvad has a section where you can download openvpn configs that you can use with this app to connect.
Coming from the nexus 5x i understand her problem. I really like nova launcher and I've bought a theme to make it look even more like stock. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ngocgiap.lgtheme.pixel
Ohhhhhh. Well I got that screenshot by timing tbh. I just screenshot a second early to capture my image. You could also use screen recording software to screenshot a video. I'd recommend AZ Screen Recorder https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hecorat.screenrecorder.free
You might want to try Naptime. I started using this app recently and it has helped me with my stand-by battery drain. It doesn't require root but you do have to run some ADB commands.
Well that is interesting... and slightly confusing...
One new tester so far reports there is no problem with the current game build, and the game is running flawlessly.
Yet the other G6 owner says the graphics are glitching - can any else help clarify the situation further? :D
I'm wondering if it's a regional G6 model difference? Or possibly an Android version difference?
Here's the current production version of the game for those asking:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.littleredsailboat.speedboaty
Anyone else's experience or thoughts on the matter would be much appreciated!
You can access it with the following activity intent: com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox.SEARCH_GESTURE
You can send intents with tasker (or another automation app). If you don't want to get into tasker, there are also a bunch of free apps that allow you to make a widget that sends the intent, this one seems pretty good: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.oboenikui.anyshortcut
I use action launcher and themeX to change my icons manually. I find it looks way better than any of LGs themes.
After the Oreo update, I had the same problems with the H870. I was about to downgrade to Nougat. By chance, I changed the launcher before. And suddenly my G6 ran perfectly. I used the stock launchers and the N Launcher Pro. After install the Nova Launcher Prime my LG G6 run so smoothe. It does not get hot anymore and it works so much faster. And the performance of the battery is incredible. After I slept eight to ten hours, the battery has lost just 1%. Under Nougat the battery lost ten to 15%.
Maybe another launcher will help you too
Hey!..Before u change ur display...Some things u said know...Even if they change the display which I think is rare and they wud say many silly reasons to not to(I live in India too),the replacement display they provide will not be of good quality as the one that came with the phone and my phone has bad image retention too and I was also worried abt tat..Then I started using night screen I'll link tat down..Put that in overlay mode and slide the bar to the right and place it just before the end point and scale that app to 18:9 and click that moon symbol...ur retention will go away for sure and ull not lose ur picture quality...Keep it on everytime and if ur retention gets worse change that under warranty just before it ends like a month before!.. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.papdt.blackblub Here it is...Hope ur retention goes away..Bye!
my g6 had image retention too and I was also worried abt tat..Then I started using night screen app.I'll link tat down..Put that in overlay mode and slide the bar to the right and place it just before the end point and scale that app to 18:9 and click that moon symbol...ur retention will go away for sure and ull not lose ur picture quality...Keep it on everytime. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.papdt.blackblub Here it is...Hope ur retention goes away..Bye!
You're on Windows, right? and you talked about CMD, that's a Shell. You don't need to paste anything from your phone, just copy it from the description here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zacharee1.systemuituner
Great Photo. May i feature your photo in my new wallpapers app? Seems like wallpaper worthy.
Btw guys i released new wallpapers app yesterday in the Play Store. Give it some love.

You should try sync for Reddit. It's the best third party Reddit App in my opinion.
Play store link: Sync for reddit
Not answering your question, but Libby is an awesome app. It allows you to borrow ebooks from your library (if it's signed up to the scheme) and read them through the app (or option for kindle if you're in the USA)
I saw where you said you fixed the icon because of an app that had a related task, but if you want to hide the icons permanently, there are a couple of ways to do that.
Make sure usb debugging is on, then
adb shell settings put secure icon_blacklist
followed by names of icons.
For example:
adb shell settings put secure icon_blacklist alarm
would remove the alarm icon. You have to string all the ones you want to hide in one command, because if you have alarm hidden then do nfc, alarm will show back up. The syntax is like
adb shell settings put secure icon_blacklist alarm, nfc (no spaces, seperated by commas)
Here is a list of the names of the icons: (some phones are alarm, some are alarm_clock. Might have to play with this one)
Name Settings Description
>cast Cast
>hotspot Hotspot
>bluetooth Bluetooth
>zen Do not disturb
>alarm_clock Alarm
>managed_profile Work profile
>wifi Wi-Fi
>ethernet Ethernet
>mobile Cellular Data
>airplane Airplane Mode
After that, adb reboot and makes sure they stayed hidden. I learned this from someone on /r/lgv20. Hope it helps!
You could also download SystemUI Tuner to remove some of these, too.
The developer says here that you can use Open Camera to access the wide lens. Did you try that?
Can you use this app to copy the names of the apps you have installed.
It may also be worth asking over at r/androidquestions as this doesn't look like a device specific problem.
Tha KS! :)
The icon pack is "<em>Dynasty</em>" and the launcher is just good 'ol "<em>Nova Launcher</em>"
Enjoy! :)
Idk if a setting does that, but Caffeine does this. Not automatically, but I believe it has a widget.
Edit: it looks like it can be set to activate when certain apps are open.
Reset the phone and don't restore from a backup. If that doesn't fix it, download Wakelock Detector to see what's eating your battery. Enable "Advanced Mode" in settings to see kernel processes as well as that is most likely where you'll find your rogue process.
For me, the stock launcher's quick search box was eating my battery. That was a while ago though so it might have been patched since.
Mine is under Settings>Display>Lock Screen>Weather Animation.
I suppose it could be regional, but I can't imagine why.
Edit: the app Weatherback is similar.
I had a similar issur. For some reason, rotation was just NOT worling. I downloaded This Accelerometer Calibration, and let it run, and it's fixed the issue and has been working like a charm ever since.
I don't know about your problem, but have you tried using Messenger Lite? It might lack some features depending on how you use the app, but maybe that app respects DND?
This had happened to me. Easy fix. It's called screen burn in, but it can be cleared. Run this program overnight.
This can happen on any device with a screen, it's not exclusive to this device.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.blasterbyte.burn_infix
Its called lux dark! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.benx9.luxdark
I have been stacking up on icon packa since I found the googleplaydeals subreddit.
Also, I love your username!
You use a app that replicates this, it won't be as smooth as the pixel/Nexus phones but it should do the trick.
I use a theme because I love dark material on android (material is the stock look of android... dark is a non-white version)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.theme.dark.materials
that is the one I use, it makes the bottom bar dark. the white bar was driving me crazy.
It is fairing fine, it is very convenient to have face lock so you just unlock the phone and look at it, it has great battery, great camera, it runs very smooth, runs a new version of android(I ran 8). I have just had a better experience with it, like optimization with apps. I would consider getting it. Here is a link comparing it with an iphone 11 pro max, all of its specs are there. https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?&idPhone2=9607&idPhone1=9846
Would suggest you to check this link for exact specifications for A20:
https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_a20-9640.php
Problem #1: Much bigger screen with much resolution - result poor overall display quality (564 ppi vs 268 ppi).
Problem #2: Exynos processor with Mali GPU - Mali GPU does not even deserves to be compared to Adreno GPU.
Problem #3: Camera is much worse and also there is no manual support, as far as I know (Camera API 2). Only the front camera may be better than G6's front camera, since it is 8 MP (but MP count does not matter if it has a smaller sensor).
Problem (?) #4: Dont expect it to be updated to Android 10
Problem (?) #5: Wont get Qad DAC/ Wireless charging - whichever is applicable to you.
Only plus is (probably) a better battery life. But since the screen size is much bigger (although AMOLED) the extra 500 mAH is something to be checked out.
Check this out, that's the .110 version, don't know if there newer versions, which work, just try by yourself :
I'm not exactly sure because it boots up with "ThinQ" in the boot text but it sure doesn't feel thin, nor was "ThinQ" anywhere actually in the box contents. It was this deal: https://slickdeals.net/f/11715943-ymmv-walmart-b-m-lg-g6-unlocked-32gb-black-139
Strange thing, I haven't had such crashes.
You should try using an older version of spotify and see it that works, until a new update is released. https://www.apkmirror.com/uploads/?q=spotify 8.4.94.817 is the current stable version, and as I see there are alpha/beta releases of the app, maybe you should give them a go, too.
Hope this helps.
Sorry but I can't agree with you. The phones are physically different sizes. Not talking about the screen. The actual measurements of the body, by more than a few mm. Similar yes, but not the "same body".

If you want something a little different, Xiaomi makes several CDMA phones. You'll have to do some homework to find the ones that work for you and are available in the US. Check specs on gsmarena https://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi-phones-80.php and then see if you can find one on Amazon. I've had great success with them in the past.
If you're on a budget, Motorola phones support all US carriers, including CDMA networks, and they're not only affordable they're good quality for the price. The only downsides are "cheap" materials (a matter of personal preference) and dismal software updates.
>the G6's built-in DAC is fantastic, even if you don't have the "Quad-DAC". [GSMArena review}(https://www.gsmarena.com/lg_g6-review-1590p7.php)
>Solid audio output
The LG G6 doesn't have the impressive loudness of the V20 either with headphones or with an active external amplifier, but it's still above average in both parts of our test.
The clarity however was top notch - perfect with no resistance applied to its line-out and excellent with our standard headphones set.
Hey! Im relatively new as well! You can deblot your phone using adb commands.https://www.google.com/amp/s/forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g6/how-to/lg-g6-debloating-guide-t3636471/amp/ I'm currently running a gcam port on my LG G6 Because I feel the pictures come out wayyy better than the stock app. Plus the newest version of gcam adds AR sticker n such. https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/camera/camera-6-1-009-215420794-release/ You might be able to root that model but from my understanding there was a dev currently trying to figure out the root process but complications arose. As of this morning I read that it requires an other unlocked LG G6 to sacrifice for the Imei number. It's a lot. Hopefully he figures out a method but it is a lot of hard work. LG G6 community is thankful for his hard work on XDA. Again I could be wrong about the root ordeal, to be site just Google your model number and if there is root available for it 😊
You can try apkmirror It's database with app from market. I can send my
Sorry, I do not know much about the LG G6 H873

A few amazon reviews says dust/etc gets inside the case. There's even a picture posted of it - https://vgy.me/h0LXFl.png
Looks really bad. Review also says it's a fingerprint magnet (is that the case with all non-rubber/tpu cases? idk, only had tpu ones ???). What are your experiences?
Nope, nope, nope. I mean, technically, for the sake of honesty here, I will not know if I get charged for service until the bill autopay on 7/12... BUT:
Ordering via phone I opened a new line w/ Sprint + chose G6 via 24mo payment plan -> paid off the "remaining balance" on the device days later ($120, aka $5 x 24) -> just called to cancel service before typing this reply. ->-> now I can't make calls
And I got to keep my G6.
https://vgy.me/SFXOyv.png - See the only two Sprint payments, and no Pending charges (meaning they didn't charge me extra for canceling or upon canceling)
You can remove the phone as an offline device here, after you logged in through your browser: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/offline-devices/
I have 5 of these in the house and they are constantly being used by the family and no heat issues at all. I have one in the office that I use for both my S8 and G6.
Safe your files, then try formatting with this https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter/
If this gets you an error or the files on are still there after you formatted it and then removed and inserted the card once more, then it's definitely defect.
Had this two times now. I would recommend not buying Sandisk cards and using a Samsung one.
