Protein powder is best used as a supplement, try not to rely on it. That being said, myprotein is always running deals on their impact whey. It's not an isolate, but it's arguably the best value around. Check out Slickdeals, they usually run a sale once a week for cheap.
Edit:. Yup, here's a current sale [link]
Last years sale for employees
FUCKING 5930K FOR THE PRICE OF AN I3. WTFFFF
Yeah, I noticed this as well.
Deal aggregators like Slickdeals are covered with Ryzen processors.
A couple I found notable:
The 16C 1950X is $800, 20% off.
The 8C 1800X is $300, 40% off.
I get why Summit Ridge might see deals, as Pinnacle Ridge is probably ~3 mo away.
However, I'm not sure what's going on with Threadripper. It only just came out about 3 mo ago, so it's not even close to being replaced. And since Threadripper is based on Epyc, I bet the earliest we could see a replacement is in 2019 when 48-64C Rome drops.
If you haven't been following the SlickDeals thread about this deal with older laptops could potentially be YMMV depending on who is helping you.
With my own experience today I was able to trade in my 20 year old Toshiba Satellite 225cds without issue and had some laughs when I pulled it out of my backpack.
I also was able to trade in two laptops without issue too. Secone laptop was a Sony VAIO with XP. Once again YMMV this is up to the person helping you as the link says limit 1 per customer and the guy helping me said "probably up to 5".
DEAD. Promotions were removed from accounts that claimed the promotion, but didn't spend it. Rookies.
This shot up on Slickdeals, and I'm surprised no one posted here yet:

Hello there! I'm a bot here to inform users how Rakuten works.
Rakuten works with many different sellers and they can be sometimes be less-than-trustworthy. There have been multiple cases of credit card fraud and identity theft reported on SlickDeals, and an incident where users here on /r/buildapcsales received a different item than they purchased. As always, be wary when giving your credit card number or personal information online, and do research on the seller beforehand.
That being said, the majority of buyers have no problems! If you still want to pick up this deal, you should know the potential issues you may face, and be sure you trust the site!)

P.S: Might work for some users/might now. I'm in the US, did not work for me.
Also some people reporting that they didn't get the previous $1 credit, but this time it worked for them. Looks like totally random, or an algorithm that google only knows.
Credit valid until 9/24/2017
happens a lot. Latest one before this was the Samsung 75" QLED for $650 (was shipped and sold by amazon):
Their current sale has 11 lbs for $50
Edit: and .5 lbs of creatine.
Edit 2: Copying my lower comment here
This is the site I use to scan for protein sales and it should be at the top of the page.
It looks like it may have expired though, as I'm unable to use the coupon now- I ordered a couple days ago. But keep checking because it seems like every couple weeks, they'll do a coupon at a similar pricepoint.
Disregard the expiration I just tried it with the french toast and salted caramel flavors and only the caramel worked. So it may only be for certain flavors.

As noted at at slickdeals and on this sub, some Target stores are weirdly marking new Pebble Times down to $99 on clearance. I used the product number (057-03-0127) in this store inventory checker and found one an hour away. I called to confirm, and they held it for me at guest services. A car ride later, I had my fancy new Pebble Time!
Use Code: SLICK170 at checkout for the $400 price point. Rebate below gets you to $300.
SD Link: [link]
(first post on here, so hope I'm doing this OK).
Edit from user below:
Heads up. Rebate only works if you use the Slickdeals direct link, so if you purchased already using another site I don't think you'd qualify
Special Instructions > Must click through Slickdeals link for proper tracking and attribution. When filing a rebate, please mail with a trackable label. If it's lost without tracking information, there is little we can do to find it. Please see our blog for additional breakdown on rebates --> [link]
I would also suggest reading the rest of the fine print on the rebates page. You never want to miss out on a requirement that could cost you the rebate, especially if it's $100.

Good luck everyone.
If I could make 1 suggestion.. If you go the ryzen route.. Literally another 40$ gets you a 1700x and board if your close to a microcenter. Same board.. 1700x.. 8 cores instead of 6.. Just throwing it out there..
Slickdeals are having people comment about their pre-orders being cancelled if they ordered more than 3 or had multiple orders under the same account / card.
They have them but they just don't do a good job at advertising them. These are available right now for 99 cents.
Kong: Skull Island
The Fate of the Furious
A Dog's Purpose
The Dark Knight
Or you could just get something very similar for less than $1500 with a ton of freebies too.
FYI, no trade in, no unlimited plan upgrade required.
The finance amount is $288 meaning you can pay off the phone at any time for $288 (unlike buying through verizon where the finance amount is the full price of the phone).
info here: slickdeals
You can put the following under "things they don't want you to know":
1) Unique unlimited data option that can be repurposed.
These can help with going to streaming only in areas where Comcast, Spectrum, and others have applied tight data limits. It is often cheaper to use these (where viable) than to pay the overage rates.
2) Comcast, Spectrum, and others don't block addresses from signing up for new accounts unless there are balances owed. If you can't get a special talking to retentions, cancel your service and have someone else that lives at the address sign up for new service 24 hours later. They will be eligible for all current signup specials.
3) Platforms like Roku have loads of free content available without additional subscriptions. There is a lot of crap, but news, films, and more can be found without much trouble.
4) Streaming content availability varies from device to device. You can get around this by using a Chromecast or similar device to stream from a PC.
5) Libraries in your area may have a selection of DVD/Blu-ray/comics/manga and more available for free. Some even have a selection of video games. They also have (e)books if that is your kind of thing.
6) You can share passwords allowing more than one user to use streaming services.
I hope others can continue to contribute to this thread. Lots of good stuff here.

PSA these are actual monitors from a good seller. However these monitors are pulled from internet/cyber cafes and will rot of smoke, you will need to air them out for a day or two.
Green-Sum in the past has done a semi-decent job of cleaning them up but I've seen a few that needed more work and a few that have been flawless so it is hit or miss. That being said for $160 its a good pickup if you want a 1440p monitor for work or basic gaming on. These will not overclock and will frameskip if you try and overclock but if you don't care about more than 60hz these are great units for the price.
EDIT: Reviews from people who bought on on previous iterations of this deal - [link]
Double Edit: If you have a console and are thinking of getting this for it don't do it, I know a few people who have thought that if they hooked up a 1440p monitor to their PS4/Xbone it would output in 1440 and learned a hard lesson that it doesn't work like that.
> I clicked but preferred we were giving the troops something more useful, like Scotch and porn.
/u/brimorga's pretty on point, though.
So I got on to Slickdeals to see if there are any good deals at Walmart. Usually there isn't, but it's fun to see what deals are there, and occasionally there's the unbelievable "local store" only deal.
I came upon this smart speaker, which looked like a nice speaker for only $21. It is a local store deal only, so when you go to the Walmart Website Page, it's not available for sale at all.
But if you go to Brick Seeker, entering the SKU (680449620), as I have, and your ZIP code, you can see which stores have it, and how much they go for, and in this case, there were several in my area.
It is compatible with Google Assistant, but it is not an assistant itself, so you can't talk to it, but it is essentially a Chromecast Audio device. Otherwise, it works fine. It's also Bluetooth compatible and has a battery so you can take it outside and use it even if you're not in Wifi range.
I don't know it's worth $150, especially since it's not a GH Device, per se, but for $21 it's a major win. Do your homework, make sure your armed with the right information, and don't complain if it doesn't scan the price you're expecting. But if all the chips fall into place, it's a great deal and sounds well above the price I paid for it.
If anyone wants to save a couple of bucks, Paypal currently has a deal where you'll get $5 off of any $20 you spend on the eshop. It seems like a YMMV-type ordeal though (it just worked for me, but a lot of people aren't getting it).
If you don't need that much power, the Moto E4 is also a great option, it runs a SD425 with 2GB RAM and 16GB storage. Right now you can get a Verizon prepaid version from Walmart (or price match in Target) for $40, carrier unlock code is about $2.09. It's great for a backup phone.
The only carriers it won't work for are Sprint and their direct MVNOs, it works great on Verizon postpaid and GSM networks after unlocking.

So you're paying about $150-$170 per month for 2 lines with limited data, on the Sprint network?
If you really are ready to switch, you could be on:
*the Verizon network, for $85 / month total for 2 lines with 7 GB of data each, using the Family Account discount on Verizon Prepaid
the ATT network, for $81 / month total, for 2 lines with 10 GB data each, after multi-line discount, on ATT reseller Pure Talk
the T-Mobile network, for $50 / month total, for 2 lines with 10 GB each, on T-Mobile reseller MintSIM
I think the biggest loss on price protection might be from TVs. Discover even honors black friday prices. What comes to mind was people getting $289 back on this Toshiba TV.
PSA: if you're buying off Rakuten with a CC/debit, please be aware that there seems to be some exploit in their system that lets people steal your CC info. It's been ongoing for 3-4 years, but some redditors report fraudulent charges occurring after making a few purchases recently.
If you want to buy, I highly recommend going through PayPal instead!
You forgot the rest of the info [link]
If you want the rebate(another $200 off) be sure to go through Slickdeals site and follow the instructions, after the rebate the price will be about $1083
Also worth mentioning
My 2 biggest hobbies came together this week. Movies and churning. There's a deal right now where you get $10 back in Regal gift cards when you spend $10 on your visa at a Regal theater. It's 1 per person (that they track by registering your Visa), but thanks to churning, I happen to have a lot of visa cards.
I took the family to see Despicable Me 3 this past weekend, used the kiosk, and bought each ticket on a different registered visa. I now have $40 back in gift cards, pretty much completely reimbursed the cost. Doing it again this week at Spider-man with 4 other Visa cards.
I told several people that I know go to the movies about doing the deal, but they all either have 0 or 1 visa cards. Thanks /r/churning!
> Limit one transaction up to $300 in Target Gift Cards. Minimum Gift Card purchase of $10. All the Gift Cards purchased at the 10% off discount will not be redeemable until 12/4/17 at 10am Central Time. Offer does not include Target Visa Gift Cards or Target MasterCard Gift Cards.
it was $300 this year but you can call us broke boys for not wanting to be stupid and spend more than we have to.
> kerodon 21 minutes ago
> This isn't anything special you could get comparable stuff for like ~150 or so less if you're talking about actually buying windows as well. Nothing super interesting especially since its in store, taxed, and MIR.
Feel free to post a PCPP link.
$150 less puts it at a pre-tax price of $516.
You're already at $480. You have $36 left for a case, RAM, and cooler.
1 Year of The Economist for $51: [link]
It doesn't work for multiple years, but it lets you discount lock when you go to check out (which is effectively the same thing). This is the cheapest they ever have Economist subscriptions for, it extends their intro offer ($1 per issue) for as long as you keep renewing.
It's a 24 hour sale. Just stop buying millennial shit like avocado toast and fidget spinners for a bit.
Note this is for the print version. Check if your public library uses something called Zinio for Libraries which will get you the digital version for free. I'm one of those people who likes having physical copies of what I'm reading.
that's going to get tougher and tougher. pascal (especially at 1080/1070) is mature enough.
You can also get the Google Home by itself at Lowes for $85 (after using a $20 off $100 coupon, see below) after tax if you don't need the Chromecast. Add a $1 item to get it to $100 to use the coupon.
Make your own Lowes coupon codes guide:
Change yyyy to any 4 random numbers from 0001, 0002… to 9999. Use the same 4 yyyy numbers for all 5 codes to make it easier.
4. Click Submit, you'll get 5 codes in the bottom box (the validation process adds the last digit; valid codes are 15 digits in length).
Keep in mind it may take some trial and error to find codes that haven't been used, but ALL will be valid.
To get other coupon types, simply swap out the last 4 digits (master code) for the new master code (and here's the current list from the WIKI)
Current Master Codes
10% off - 7685
15 off 50 - 7632
20 off 100 - 7687

There's a promotion going on from Samsung to trade in any of your old smartphones for $200, towards a new S8 or S8+. The smart phone (IOS or Android) needs to be, in working order, no water damage, no cracked screen, and needs to hold a charge.
For the S8, you get a $100 off from Samsung + $200 for trading in your smartphone, which equals $750 - $200 - $100 + tax = about $500.
For the S8+, you need to have a .edu email address, to create a account with UNiDAYS for 20% of the phone. So its $850 - 20% - 100 - 200 + Tax = About $511
If Samsung doesn't accept your phone for the above aforementioned reasons, then you will get a $25 discount and have to pay $175, to make up the difference and won't get back your phone.
Edit: Forgot to put its from their Galaxy S line of phones.
Edit: Price is a bit lower didn't realize its $725 - $100. Also I have fixed the link to take to the page that gets you the $100 off!!
Link for the deal from Slickdeals for the S8
Link for the deal from Slickdeals for the S8+
UNiDAYS also has up to $200 off Apple products.
Don't buy from TV Super Stores. It's a bait and switch. There's no way the E7P TV is at $1199.
Here's the BBB reviews
The cheapest I've seen on Slickdeals is $1399.
Best Buy is going to have an 8TB on sale for $129.99 this week FYI for anyone interested. [link]

I just did the $325 back for the Pixel 2. I was too late to the party to get this offer :( But I'm happy TMO paid half my phone without contract !!

Not sure if I want to go all out on storage space or go for game + space at this point. Also many people have their eyes on that 750gb drive so I'm a little worried it'll sell out instantly
Panera has a code right now for $3 off an online order of $6 or more. Use promo code "SC3"
I love their food and it can be reasonable to fit it in your daily calories. One thing to watch for is the sodium content in their food.
I'm sorry you bought something while having no idea what you are buying. User error 110%.
Read this link. Cancel moviepass if you realpy want, but it's a great deal and not that complicated...
Just follow the guide attached to this post so you wont break the clips. And you can just put the drive back in the enclosure to do a warranty claim.
Try /r/datahoarder for doing this on the cheap.
You could just pick up a 12 drive enclosure and build your own 72tb array for less than $100 a tb. They had wd red nas 8tb drives on sale for edus at 200 a pop recently. (Comes on sale a lot) [link]
To hold the drives you could get a sas 3 enclosure. [link]
You could do 12 8tb in a raid 6 with one hot spare. Then just grab a sas 3 external card. (Card depends on your machines etc).
Should put you at 72tb and under 5k.
Just got my 1080...when i arrived they had a 1070 pulled and ready I told them that was not what I ordered. They pulled the order up and validated it said 1080...went to the back and switched out for a 1080. Even the pickup slip says 1070 but my printout says 1080 but with a 1070 model # I got lucky they honored it...either way ymmv

why buy it used from some sticky-fingered neckbeard redditor when you can get it for 75 less after gift card brand new from target?...
OP should adjust your price accordingly.
Is there any good evidence for a relationship between mattress price and quality (of sleep, back health, longevity-of-mattress-construction, etc.)? In response to questions of what it's best not to skimp on*, people often respond that mattress quality doesn't diminish too much marginally with cost until you get to the ~$1k range. Is this actually the case? Personally, I've slept on two 12" queen memory foam mattresses the last ~5y (the first one we had to toss after a badbug infestation), each costing around ~$150 new and shipped, and they've been the comfiest mattresses I've ever slept on. Admittedly I've never consistently slept on $1k+ mattresses, but I have stayed in lots of hotels of varying price and quality, as well as at rich friends'/relatives' places (with fancy, multimillion $ homes and designer this and thats, etc. so I imagine they sprung for a fancy mattress), and also briefly tried the expensive mattresses at dept/furniture stores -- and I still find that I prefer my cheap mattress. Supposedly "a bed with a retail price point of $1,000 probably costs about $250 to make", so are the cheaper online stores just operating under much narrow margins (with fewer e.g. advertising, real estate, storage, labor, etc. expenses)?
This seems like a really straightforward (if expensive) experiment to carry out, so has anyone done it yet?
*incidentally, people also say this about shoes, where I've also found it to not really be the case -- e.g. my dressier chippewa boots are comfier than my much more expensive, equivalently styled red wings, my AE strands are decidedly not comfy to wear for long periods of time, I've had ~$50 hiking shoes completely outperform $200 hiking shoes, etc. But shoes are much more personalized, so I think they're harder to compare.
Did the same thing today after someone linked a good deal on a 1080Ti on here.
I really wanted an all AMD build but I'm not about to wait until mid Q3 to fully use this computer.
$20 is way too much
the entire game + expansion has gone on sale for $20 multiples times, summer sale, black friday, and again now just a few days ago. it's a 5 year old game. thatd be like Borderlands 2 selling a new class for $20 in 2017.
Only works on mobiles. Signup for Uniqlo Rewards, "acquire the airism Badge", and receive an email confirmation for freebie.

Just grabbed this from Slickdeals: [link]
slickdeal post for discussion. Sometimes they think of ways to get it cheaper, as of now someone claims using 10PRIMENOW to get another $10 off if you haven't use it yet. Someone also claims there is a blue yeti cartel artificially keeping prices high on this product haha.
edit: english is my first language, most days.
FYI, the price is low because this is a refurbished one.
There's going to be quite a few going on sale Black Friday as well
I'll update this list with more as I find them.
From the Slickdeals discussion thread:
> Here's a discussion thread [wd.com] on the WD forums that goes deeper into the My Passport vs Easystore analysis. The key takeaways: Easystore is cheaper because
1) It offers no built-in encryption (though you can apparently use third-party software for that purpose) and
2) Recent Easystore models come with a Green drive (which is allegedly a slower Blue drive) instead of the more vaunted Red drive
HDD reliability is a probability, not a binary variable, so buying a more expensive portable external is not a guarantee that it will not fail. The thread linked above talks about how HDDs overall have become more reliable.
I also checked with both Discover IT and Chase Freedom cards, and if you use either of those, you will get an extended 1 year of warranty beyond the manufacturer's 2 years. I'm sure some other cards offer the same.
Based on the above, this is the framework I would recommend:
If you're going to use this primarily for storage, GO FOR IT.
If you're going to use this primarily for speed-dependent purposes (like running applications), THINK TWICE though it still may be a good fit for you <
Thread : [link]
Be sure to follow the instructions or you might not get the rebate
BUYER BEWARE on anything from PayPal Digital Gifts. I would recommend reading through the comments at the link below and researching the allegations reported there before buying:
If your money could potentially be at risk it should not be taken lightly.
Get a vpn. I use torguard for my torrent client only, and it works great.
I got two letters in a month and said fuck that. Its like $45 a year, but 50% off codes float around occasionally.
What i like is that only utorrent uses the connection, not all of my internet traffic.
I think you can do it for $3K.
Yuneec hexacopter (added safety factor and wind tolerance and lower noise) combo package for $700 super clearance sale right now since the new model is announced:
Additional thermal camera system $1800:
Total in-price of $2,500 shipped, can use the extra $500 to publish a big stack of sexy firefighters 2018 calendar using your drone pics!
A quick search says that, while they do legitimately send the purchase, they have a history of then using your cars information for fraudulent activity. People suggests using PayPal for a lowered likelihood of fraud activity, but it can still happen. Shipping may also be delayed.
I read here, and here, and here.
You can get this for $19 if you have an e-mail ending in .edu
On the slickdeals thread, this guy claims that Newegg price matched.
There were tons of 8GB RX 480s for under the $229 MSRP before mining overwhelmed the market. Before you accuse people of buying stolen goods, maybe you should do some research. I found the below in 30 seconds on Slickdeals, which a supposed hardcore deal researcher would use daily.
I'd recommend H&R block as well. Jumped ship from TurboTax (after about 8 years of use) when they redid their tiers a few years ago and pissed everyone off. Haven't looked back since.
Filling out the taxes is almost identical between the two, I was able to import my TT forms from last year into my first HRB return, and perhaps most importantly, as someone who tends to not qualify for the free options, HRB is much cheaper than TT on average. In fact, there's a thread each year on Slickdeals (for the technically savvy, still current despite the expired tag) that can tell you how to get the software for $5-$15 (depending on the options you need). Done that the past two years now without issue; this year's copy was only $15 (and it includes the usually $20 state E-file).
I'll stay with HRB until they do me wrong, or possibly try CK next year if its 1st year goes well for most users.
it was $300 last year. it may have been an error, but it was available long enough for me to see the deal on a deal site, mull it over for a bit, and place an order. And it was legitimately $500 through this summer:
and I am not saying it isn't worth $600, but for a lot of us, the difference between $600 and $500 is a big chunk of our shooting budget.
Best Buy had a deal with Verizon for a Google Pixel @ 9.99/month, the contract was month to month with Verizon so it seemed like you could get a Pixel for $240 then cancel (more info here: [link]). I tried FOUR TIMES to buy it online, got weird errors each time. Now it's out of stock, and I've got 4 hard pulls on my credit, all for nothing. Technical Support could not help, and the folks in store couldn't do anything either.
I just want to buy a Google Pixel for Project Fi without paying full price. Very frustrated.
MX300 750gb is going on sale on Black Friday for 99 on newegg's ebay store
No tax for some states. Possible bonus cashback if you have a Bank of America, Discover, or other credit card.

You mean the TV that was available at Walmart a few places yesterday for $169? Convenient how the day after that you have a brand new one for sale for twice the price.
Dang. Didn't expect stock shortages on a $500 mid-gen upgrade, but sure enough there is.
Thank you for sharing this. There is also an alternative deal, if you don't mind paying full price, but getting money back in the form of gift cards, then you can buy $450 worth of Best Buy gift cards to use on an Xbox One X. Then they will send you another $45 later in expirable gift cards (that you can use towards real gift cards).
Find the deal here.
so i found this, it says if you unlock 6 achievements the prize is worth $10.....

$51/year for The Economist with a discount lock (you can renew for $51 every year) deal is back on. US only. Doesn't include the digital version.
Many public libraries will have an app called Zinio or Flipster or something where you can get a free digital version (mine gives it to me through Zinio) so if you just want to read and don't care about paper copies you can try that.
This is not anyone's referral link, I just share this deal whenever I see it. Just stop buying avocado toast and fidget spinners and other millennial shit for a few months and save up the cash.
All VZW POSTPAID phones are unlocked ootb. Prepaid...depends on when you bought it. Verizon has recently started locking them out.
As for this iPhone...whole different story, especially since this is Retail SKU'd, but looks like VZW figured out their mistake and as of 7/18 have started locking them. Check the wiki on Slickdeals:
Good deal if you got in, but looks like they changed the activation/unlock policy for this model starting the 18th.
Why risk it?

I used a link that lowered the price. Scroll down for comments, try the links.
I would just go ahead and spend the rest of it on competitively priced household consumables you use regularly than to spend hours searching for bargains you can resell on eBay.
Otherwise search the deal sites such as [link]
It only works if you use your mobile phone.
Just answer a few questions, a "redeem now" box should appear after all the questions. Click the button and it should ask for your name and email. Then enter your name and email address to get the free t-shirt offer in your email.
Valid for the first 30,000 customers.
Got this from slickdeals so check there for more details: [link]
Edit: The coupon is for IN STORE REDEEM
Implied but not stated. They say they're doing an audit. They hint towards what you said without confirming it. Probably because they're not sure, but trying to reassure the public.
In 2010/2011, I bought from Mwave (an electronics site). They had the PCI DSS seal from a third party and everything.
Tons of sites reported fraud in 2011. Mwave never really acknowledged it, even as a number of us dealt with the consequences (pic related is what I had to deal with). Separate from the card that was stolen, I had used a one time virtually generated credit card number only good at the store at which it was originally charged (within the same month) and all of the sudden other parties were trying to charge against it.
Mwave never even admitted fault or acknowledged the problem - despite 36 pages on Slickdeals talking about it.
You can hate PayPal, but when they go for proper payments through PayPal express you go merchant -> PayPal.com -> back to merchant with a transaction ID.
For OnePlus, audit is required. They claim to be doing one per the forum post. Making absolute statements like "No. Your card info is never processed or saved on our website" is premature.
A cheap metal photo of you!
A cast iron pan!
A Belgian wafflemaker!
Is this a good deal? It doesn't seem like it.
2x for 220 + tax - 50 dollars ~= $191.45
Or $95.72 for one.
There's a kohls deal that's selling for $79 + tax and you get 15 dollars in kohls cash.
Am I missing something?
Wait are you still getting that deal somehow? I thought it ended.
"Make sure we are your last click to the merchant. No cash back or rewards sites."
Not sure this is worth a post or not, but has anyone seen this? [link]
Apparently linking amex cards and using points along with the coupon code AMEX17EVER can get $25 off $50 on certain items.
If you don't mind refurbished, this looks like a solid deal on a dewalt combo: $100 after coupon: [link]
I went with ridgid last year and couldn't be happier. Registered the product and get free battery replacements for life.
The process is so much easier now. No more hex editors. When I get home I'll get the instructions and post them.
EDIT: Here is the link.

If you can't find enough vinyl you can fill with other items you need at 20% off.
The best fill I saw was getting cheap brand name laundry detergent, paper towels, TP, fabric soffteners with this deal. Buy 3 of these items totaling ~$30 before 20% off and also get a $10 Target egift card.
Roland FP-30, retails for ~700, 15% off is usually doable, adorama has had it on sale for $480 a couple times, including right now. Costco sells a very similar version (doesn't have bluetooth, might be the same otherwise) for $800 with stand+triple pedals, sometimes on sale for $600
Casio px160: $500
Kawai ES110: ~$730
Yamaha P115: $600.
15% off is usually doable for the last three if you shop around, sometimes closer to 20%. Any of these four would be fine to start out on. All are slabs, youll need a stand+bench. Each has an optional furniture style stand if you want that look. Speakers aren't great on any, but with headphones they're each fine. Each comes with a sustain pedal, the Kawai one might be nice I'm not sure offhand, the other three aren't so great, budget ~$40-100 to get a better one at some point. Not needed right away though. At the high end of that you're getting a triple pedal set, not just a sustain pedal. Each is relatively stripped down feature wise. If all you want is to play piano, they're good options.
Non slabs (with stand built in): Look at Casio px760. The other brands have furniture style units too, but not in your budget.
Yea, good stuff. I initially went with Amazon's PS4 Pro deal, then did some calculations and turned out it would be cheaper just to order and pick it up at Walmart (due to difference in taxes). Plus with Walmart you have a potential for getting 10% back if you have a specific credit cards from Chase:
I'd honestly just buy this:
And layer on a cheap SSD for OS, although you could use the included 1TB HDD as well.
I have the previous model (T20) and it's been flawless. Idle is going to be in the ~30W range assuming it's truly idle.
Do not turn on the phone with the VZ SIM inside -- buy the phone, remove VZ SIM, get an unlock code from eBay for few bucks, put in Cric SIM (or any non-VZ SIM) and enter unlock code.
It should work fine on Cric according to others:
Hard to tell people to build a computer when stuff like this happens and it's sold practically at cost of making it plus a better warranty see link below

Are you sure it's not due to this? [link]
EDIT: It seems it's a account based offer and YMMV
This is what I usually go for when I buy protein.
Each bag is about 100 scoops, so you get about 200 scoops for $50-$60 after tax and shipping. I've seen positive reviews regarding the powder. I found this to be much cheaper than the store options (usually 1-3 lb for $10-$20 depending on the "quality" of whey protein).
I usually make apple pie protein shakes with the following recipe:
1/4 cup raw oats
1 cup of spinach
Almonds (grab a handful)
Cinnamon (1/4-1/2 teaspoon, eyeball it)
8-10 oz milk
2 scoops of protein powder
This usually keeps me filled in the morning or after dinner if I didn't take it in the morning. While I use 2 scoops, you can definitely use 1 scoop too- I just use 2 because I also work out and want to bulk.
